When I say I do not let anyone cut or dye my hair other than Karlen, I mean it! I have been a client of Karlens for 5-6 years and he is the best! When I first saw Karlen, I was a blonde and my hair was completely damaged. Present time, my hair is nourished and healthy again…… because of HONESTY! The employees are genuinely good people. I read some of the reviews and had to jump immediately on here….. Don’t go to an establishment if you’re sensitive.. I’d rather have an honest opinion rather than my hair falling out!

Worst salon ever! The women there are so rude & will talk about you while you’re right across the room! I’ve never felt so disrespected by a bunch of young immature women. They also completely ruined my hair and gave me attitude the whole time. I will never return nor recommend such a business that treats their customers as lesser than them. I was shocked at how unprofessional they were, please take your hard earned money someplace that’ll treat you & your hair the way it’s deserves !
