KJ (personal trainer) is the best kept secret in Peoria. He trains my high school freshman son. KJ has unique training sessions every week, tailored to the sport your athlete plays. He’s a motivator. He loves his job and cares about his clients

Over the years I've been to multiple gyms and tried plenty of diets/changes in eating habits to get into better shape. My coworkers recommend Guardian Fitness to me and it has helped change my life so much!

There is a sense of family here that I have never felt at any other gym. Everyone is always encouraging and supportive. Steve has helped me with a surprisingly simple diet plan and I'm now the lowest weight I have been at in over a decade! Every workout with Steve is different; he always keeps your body guessing! The workouts are intense, just like his desire to help people, but are worth the effort.

This is the place if you want to get in shape. Best possible trainers in P town. Be it our own Steve Starks or Don Knox or Tari Nisius or KJ. This is group will push you to your limits to achieve your goals and helps you in every possible way. Highly recommend.

I would leave more than 5 stars if I could. A welcoming place to come and train no matter the fitness experience. Clean well maintained facility and a great atmosphere.

Sgt.Starks I was in his “First Choice Youth Program” at Proctor center and at Greely alternative. I had a great experience and the foundation Sgt. Starks instilled was LIFE CHANGING 💯
