The best pharmacy I have ever worked with! The pharmacist/owner is always available to answer any questions, they synced all our family’s meds so we get them all at once and they deliver too!!! You will NEVER get this type of service at any of the chain pharmacies. I would recommend to anyone to leave the big chains asap, try Telescript and support a local business. Additionally, their prices are the same, if not lower, than other pharmacies so you get better service for the same or cheaper!!

I’ll get right to the point. Due to annoyingly-persistent shortages of several of my prescriptions, I’ve recently found myself needing to hunt down pharmacies that has it in stock. Through this process over roughly 8 months, I’ve been to no less than 35 pharmacies. With this in mind, I hope it’s made clear that I don’t make the following assertion lightly.

There is no comparison — Telescript is the best pharmacy I’ve been to. No other pharmacy even came close. I walked in a month later and the pharmacist remembered not just me, but the medication I was picking up as well as my full name.

I could go on and on, but without question I recommend Telescript to everyone and anyone.

PS: Dr. Brent doesn’t need to go above and beyond, yet he does. He’s friendly, personable, caring, dedicated, and always willing to go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need.

I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the tremendous amount of time, effort, energy and, most importantly, strength of character required to make that happen. It’s no small feat by any means. I can’t say for sure, but I’d be willing to wager that he’s able to keep it up for one reason and one reason only. He doesn’t do it because it gets him more business or because it makes him more money; he does it because he genuinely cares and wants to make a difference. Just felt that needed to be said.

Have been using TeleScript for several months and I’m so impressed! We were with out insurance for a bit and Brent went above and beyond when my son needed medicine for an ear infection but it was also super pricey. He calls, texts, and follows up-absolutely amazing service! Highly recommend!

Dr. Brent is the best! He has gone above and beyond in helping us make the transition to TeleScript Pharmacy. We are so happy that his mother Arden Edelcup ( one of my most favorite in the world) mentioned to me to check him out. Everyone should switch their pharmaceutical needs to TeleScript Pharmacy. Brent is super personal and so nice!

I’ve been disappointed with Walgreens for many years, and heard of this wonderful independent pharmacy so I figured I’d give them a try. Brent and Austin could not have been more accommodating for my medical needs. They are quick to respond to my messages and I didn’t even have to lift a finger in the transferring process. Free delivery as well! Thanks Brent and Austin!

Telescript is the best pharmacy out there! Everyone should use it! The doctor is great. The service is great. Free delivery, no hidden fees. They are always on time. They can use savings coupons. Why do you want to drive to a pharmacy and wait in line, when you can get free home delivery?

I’ve gotten my meds from a range of different pharmacy businesses over the years (mail order, big chains, etc.), and I can confidentially say that I’ve never had such a positive and convenient experience than using TeleScript. It’s such a luxury to be able to be able to easily reach and get in touch with my pharmacy, and most importantly, feel listened to and cared about. Also, the price of all my medications is substantially less through TeleScript than what those same meds had cost me at Walgreens and CVS. Keep it up TeleScript!

The owner/pharmacist Brent is a great guy. There were no long lines or waits, mixed up prescriptions, or issues with insurance or payment. You you even get to talk to the pharmacist directly versus a pharmacy tech. Service like this is hard to find in the day of corporate owned chains. 

Brent is seriously the nicest guy. I have never been to a pharmacy so fast either! And he has beat every other pharmacy's price for my medicine. He's also so nice to my children, Some places don't even like you bringing children into their establishment.

Brent is the absolute best. During times that we're dealing with Covid, there's nothing nicer than getting your prescriptions delivered right to your door and knowing they'll always be accurate and on time. This is the only pharmacy I'll be using moving forward!

Brent has gone above and beyond in helping us with questions, concerns, problems and especially excellent prices with all of our prescriptions. It's refreshing to have the pharmacist know your name and be so friendly and helpful. Did I mention his awesome prices?

What a breath of fresh air! The pharmacist at Telescript makes everything SO easy. He transferred my prescriptions from Walgreens and texted me when everything was ready for pick up. He even has covid rapid tests in stock. No more waiting in long drive through lines, this pharmacy offers easy pick up and FREE delivery.

Truly a great pharmacy. Nice staff, quick fills, and they deliver. It’s been such a good experience.

Best service ever!!! Never go to the pharmacy again. They auto-refill your prescriptions, transfer them from current pharmacy, and take care of everything at no additional charge. Everything arrives on time. Highly recommend!
