First, let me start with just how awesome this man is! If I could give him 10 stars I would. He always greets you with a smile and genuinely cares about how you are doing. He's not like these other muscle-head trainers at the gyms that expect you to do a billion reps, all while staring at you from their high horse. He is on this journey with you, he's been where you are, he's dealt with all the same struggles you are, so he gets it. He doesn't judge, he doesn't shame, he doesn't make you feel bad if you slacked or didn't meet your goals. He is always there with a word of encouragement. He is the only person who I really know believes in me to lose weight. He celebrates with you when you meet your goals and helps get a new strategy in place when you dont, all without making you feel like a failure. He is very knowledgeable about the products and their prices, and is quickly able to design a plan for anyone. Whether you're wanting to lose weight, gain weight, build muscle, dont have a lot of money to spend, he helps figure out what works best for you. I just can't say enough good things about him! This is one man you definitely want in your corner.
