My Son, Parents, Grandparents, In-laws, Cousins, Aunts, Uncles and numerous friends are laid to rest here at Glendale Memorial Gardens. They always keep the plots nicely mowed (although the mow over any lights you place on the plots). The memorial stones (statues) marking each section in the gardens need cleaned , repaired and repainting. Several headstones have sunk into the ground on one side. When you ask them to please fix this they tell you they will then dont fix it. I think for the price of these plots they could be more dilagent on upkeep.

We had my mother placed to rest here. The beginning of our experience was wonderful (planning and services). But I have had a few issues since the services: 1. They do not put temporary markers on graves, in a large cemetery such as this, you know "about" the spot but not the exact spot, I feel this is disrespectful. The major issue is we delivered her headstone to them on Oct 4, 2022. (no we did not purchase one from them directly, maybe that is part of the problem). 6 weeks later the headstone is STILL not down! Multiple calls and visits from family, always given a different answer as to when it will be down. We are now being told before Thanksgiving. Do NOT believe it. I feel this is completely disrespectful of not only the family but for my mother (the deceased). Now the rest of the family is second guessing using this cemetery as well. Very very unhappy at this point.

I am not ever one to write negative reviews but given the situation and how things have been handled, I felt the need to warn others. My great grandmother passed last November. She has had her plot and headstone PAID FOR for YEARS at this cemetery. When she passed, we designed the headstone and ordered it a few days after her passing. We had a beautiful funeral and laid her to rest.

Fast forward to JULY 2022, the grave marker just came in and it was WRONG. We politely told them, they reordered and said it would be in in about 4 weeks. At this same time, they confirmed the picture of my grandmother that’s going on the marker WAS in. Just had to wait on the reorder of the marker since it was wrong.

My mom called last week because it still wasn’t in. The lady said it would be installed on September 15th, which is today. My mom went out there to see, and of course, it wasn’t there. She spoke with the lady again and the lady said the marker is in but not the picture this time!! WHAT?! How was the picture in in July and now it’s not? My grandmother has been gone for almost a year and she still can’t be properly marked at her site because of these continuing mistakes and poor communication from these people.

We just want her grave to be marked the way she deserves and this is heartbreaking that after a year, she still isn’t. DO BETTER!

My father was laid to rest here in 1984, my mother pasted on Dec. 1. My sister and I with our husbands came in to finalize the paperwork and had the worse experience. The man who was there to help us never introduced himself nor offered any condolences. He came in the room chomping, not chewing but chomping on gum. We asked a couple of questions and he could have cared less.

The bare minimum maintenance done. No security, flowers are stolen all the time. Disrespectful workers.

Very disrespectful towards the cemetery plots. Broken trees, garbage, broken signs etc. Disgraceful.
