Let me start of saying we love our kitchen! Bill and Linda made the process very easy when we walked in. The installers were all professional and did a great job! The Island is wonderful. Counter tops we went with quartz and are beautiful! Our backsplash turned out amazing as well. Shout out to Jermey for doing a final walk through and making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend! A+

We had a granite countertop put on the island in our kitchen and Top Notch did a beautiful job. Price was very reasonable they got it cut, prepped and installed quickly. We are looking forward to years of use. It’s like having a piece of art in our kitchen.

They make it easy. Showroom has many choices. We had our whole bathroom gutted, plumbing moved, new electric, etc. Bill was easy to talk to and always kept in touch. Great staff as well.

We have been looking at granite for our kitchen for quite sometime. I was always hesitant because I was fearful about creating damage to our existing backsplash and the additional cost to repair or replace if that happened. Then one day I stopped in at Top Notch. Bill and Jeremy were great to work with. They answered my questions (sometimes more than twice) and calmed my fears and assured me that that are experts and all would be ok! I now have beautiful new granite counters, sink and faucet.
My kitchen looks like it has been remodeled.
Bill and Jeremy both helped me create a new stylish look for my kitchen and I couldn’t be happier. Their turn around time from measure to install was fabulous. Price was the best around!
Most importantly was the customer service I received. Everyone wanted to make sure I was happy with how everything turned out and I am.

This was the first place I visited that made me fill so happy about my selection of Quartz for my kitchen. The installers and the plumbers worked great together to make sure everything was lined up correctly and working before they left my home.

Bill was great to work with. He picked a beautiful tile for my backsplash that matched the granite we picked perfectly. We hadn’t updated our kitchen in 20 years. Bill made us comfortable with our choices. He even shared his personal cell and was responsive to my questions. I would pick this company again and recommend him to anyone who asked. Taylor is very friendly & worked hard to coordinate scheduling. Also, Jeremy has an eye for beautiful tile designs & I so appreciated his expertise. He even worked an extra day to get the job done! My experience with Bill and his team at Top Notch was stellar. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and took great care when installing our granite countertops. One crew member even took time out of his day off to help with the installation of our very large island! The selection of granite and turn-around time was also impressive. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Top Notch, they are a great company and I wouldn’t use anyone other than them for any future projects. I had counters, backsplash and plumbing done with them and they did a fantastic job, I couldn’t be happier. Top Notch was very professional and informative. They actually took an interest in my choices and gave assistance to help make our bathroom remodel the best possible. The process was seamless and wonderful. It was well worth it! They make you feel like your remodel is very important to them. I had access to them thru the process and knew exactly what would happen daily. I have them on deck to do the other bathroom in the Spring! The whole team was a pleasure to work with. I can’t say enough about them and the process of changing tub to shower remodel. Smiling from ear to ear!!

I remodel my countertops and did a backsplash with them and I’d like to say that I’m speechless till now.
The granite color is so beautiful and blend so well with the backsplash design. And the deadline was promptly met.
And I should add that it was all on Jeremy. He helped me with the selection and he was the one who came and installed the tiles.
From the selection in the showroom to the installation, the guys are restless. And super clean. Each day they left my house I couldn’t even realize it was a remodel, zero dust!!!
Of course I couldn’t leave Bill out of this. He was very kind with us since the beginning and managed to keep me informed during all the process.
Top Notch is truly top notch. I feel as I now have a luxury kitchen paying a reasonable price.

If you're looking for "Top Notch" counters and customer service, this IS THE PLACE to go. Bill and Linda made everything so easy. We were in the middle of remodel and my counter and sink didn't fit. Menards told me that I would have to special order and it would take 6-8 weeks! We found this GEM 💎 of a place 10 minutes away from our home. We met Bill, who was very professional and helpful. Linda was very pleasant. I told Bill what happened and he was kind enough to put a rush on my order. I found a BEAUTIFUL marble piece and they were able to install it within a few days! Bill saved us. We got our bathroom remodel finished! Just in time for our party and our company that is coming to stay with us. I HIGHLY recommend this place! You will not regret it. We needed countertops in a short time frame because we were building our dream home.I was driving by Top Notch andI believe in small business so I stopped in to see Bill. I am so glad I did!
Not only were the countertops everything I wanted he also did my Master bath shower (great choice of color by the way) they were ready and installed within the time frame we needed! It was an absolute Pleasure working with Topnotch Countertops! I am from NWI and was hesitant at first to get someone from Illinois to install my backsplash and countertops! I’m so happy I chose Topnotch! The process was so easy, they were very professional and got the work done on the day we agreed on! The guys from the plumber John, Cesar who installed the counters were all awesome! My order was ready earlier then expected with a turn around time of two days (yes, two days!!!!), which is unheard of. Most granite suppliers I called in my area gave me an estimate of two weeks.
