Auto Select Appleton East

Auto Select has been my choice of mechanics for over 7 years. These guys are literally the best. They perform top-notch service and have never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. They are also the friendliest people I’ve come across. When my trusty 2007 Honda CR-V with 346,000 miles does need service (which is rarely!), no one but Auto Select handles it.

As a woman going into an automotive shop I am always leary of how I will be treated and listened to. The staff were great! I felt heard and not uncomfortable at all. I love that if I attempt to do a fix myself and get stuck, they pick right up where I left it and complete the job! Definitely recommend them!

Excellent communication and service! We just moved in from out of town and needed to find our next trustworthy shop. Looks like Auto Select Appleton East is the one! Their free loaner is a HUGE selling point—we didn't have to worry about getting a ride back home or anything. We're definitely going back there again for our next service needs. Found this outfit a few years ago. Always saw the place when I would go to Menards. You never know how you will be treated being a first timer. I was pleasantly surprised. Their workmanship, how they would explain the steps, always had a loaner for me and a fair price. It's nice that you don't have to take back after it gets fixed. Their alright in my book.

Awesome service from the guys here they do great work I was able to get in same day for an alignment and a few hours later I picked it up with a flawless alignment they do quality work here definitely recommend.

I am so thankful that I was able to get in right away and fix a warranty issue. This location is always helpful, great communication, and they do great work and back up there parts and warranties. I won't go to a private mechanic because they do a wonderful job here and have always got me in quickly. Thank you for the great work this team and location have always provided for me!!

I'm very familiar with my vehicles, and know, with some knowledge of what needs to be done as they slowly age. I take them to Mike at Auto Select because he is knowledgeable, professional, fair and just plane likeable. I appreciate the shops crew, professionalism, and detailed attention. Auto Select, Mike, and the professional staff is hands down, the best and only place to take care of my vehicles. Note: This is not easy to say about auto repair shops in general. Just wanted to give the entire team at Caliber a huge Kuddos for the job they did on my “pumpkin” orange Prius! As I have never been in any kind of an accident prior to someone hitting my rear bumper and leaving, one can only imagine my concerns on where to take it! Soo happy I chose Caliber! Spencer was fabulous in keeping me up to speed on the work that was being done! He even let me know that when the bumper came out of paint the first time, they weren’t entirely happy with a few blemishes they saw and resent it to paint! Service is great. They are professional, friendly, trustworthy and do not try to sell you something you do not need. They are prompt, if you have a 1pm appt., you are in at one and out in a timely manor. I will trust their judgement when a recommendation is made. Thank you for being a reliable, honest business.

Timely service replacing a drivebelt as well rear wheel bearing hubs. Respectful, fair, and honest outfit that takes a "responsible" approach to vehicle maintenance. Will be back. Keep up the excellent work!

Update:

The Auto Select team expedited the replacement of my daughter's fuel pump. Again, excellent, timely service at a reasonable cost. I will be back again, as the communication about the scope of repairs was straightforward, and I am confident in the quality of work.

I was really amazed at how quickly they were able to get me in. My car died and I called them to help me. I was towed to the Auto Select East and given a car to use while the they fixed mine. Went in for an oil change and left feeling like I had a new car- phenomenal service is the bare minimum I can congratulate them for! Ted assisted me with scheduling and was very informative with answering my questions. Super kind and super prompt! Very clean lounge area for customers, friendly faces to greet you, and overall an exceptional group here at Auto Select East Appleton! I think one of the guys who fixed my car name was Mike. I have brought my car there before and they have fixed exactly what was needed and now I took it there again (2023) and they did exactly what was expected. This place is really great! They call you right away and let you know the details on what needs fixing on your vehicle and they then start working on it right away. I have never had any issues with this company. They are very kind people, very informational, and help you understand if you don't know a lot about the process... of fixing anything on vehicles. If you need anything done with your vehicle I would take it to this place! Thank you!!!!!!

Great company to take your vehicle too they don't upsell you they are 100% completely honest with you about everything that's wrong with your vehicle and fix everything very good and fast

Txue did a great job on the Chassis inspection and found some other issues with my vehicle I was not aware of. Pricing was fair for the work being done and the team did a great job in handling a minor miscommunication that was quickly resolved. Defintiely my go to car place for anything that requires some fixing. Dropped my car off at 930'ish AM and recieved a call stating my car was ready for pick up on the same day. Great place to go to for car services. They are professional and work with what fits your schedule during their normal business hours.

First time here and very happy. Communication was great. Got me in right away and diagnosed the problem. Made the repairs timely and at a fair price. I will definitely be back for future automotive needs.

I was referred to Auto Select by a friend. I wanted them to do a winter check up. Wanted to make sure the car would start this winter. They installed new windshield wipers and and did a check on everything. They suggested 2 new tires. I made the appointment and came early. They got me right in and had it done in less than a hour. Very nice professional people. I would recommend this place to everyone but especially to women as they treated me well and fair. I feel they did not take advantage of me. It was good doing business with them and will go back whenever I need work done on my car. Thank you Auto Select.
