My experience with Karen Gething has been nothing but professionalism and she’s very quick at responding to your needs, not only that she help me on a very personal level that I’ve been struggling with for quite some time. Have been very easy to deal with over the years, they do a direct withdrawal for my check account for monthly payments, discount for low mileage cars, they do collector car insurance which is very cheap, thank you guy

My husband and I were extremely unhappy with Karen Gething's office. When we tried to contact her to adjust a policy we only reach a voicemail. She never returned our phone calls. When we finally did get to speak with her it was to switch our all of our policies up to the Clintinville State Farm office because there costomer service up there was excellent. She then proceded to transfer all, but the one policy we were needing to change before a certain date. So again I had to make phone calls to her office multiple times to get her to switch that last policy over to the Clintonville office. We felt like she dragged her feet tranferring this policy out of spite for switching offices. I would not recomnend her office to anyone. In fact the rest of my family recently switched policies to the Clintonville office due to similar issues. I would give her office zero stars if posdible. I hope she impoves her costomer service in the future.
