Worked with Daniel Kunkel on a Homeowners and Auto Insurance requote. Daniel shocked me by actually reading my policies and made some recommendations on how I could keep my current insurance provider and improve the policy with a few minor edits instead of pitching me his product. Now that's the type of honest assessment I've grown to value.

We have used them for 2 years and are always taken care of very well. They make getting insurance very easy to understand.

Found the right plan for me.

I have been insured with this company for quite some time, at the beginning (2006) they serviced me well.
The past few years their service has slipped.
I have called and spoke with Cindy several times, and she has lacked the ability to follow up with me on my policy. She was supppose to be resolving some billing issues, I was having multiple EFT withdrawals from my account. Still have not received my refund.
I spoke with Cindy last year about moving my auto coverage somewhere else because they had a better rate. She failed to follow through on the switch, but she did cancel my EFT that would have kept my insurance current. Due to this, my policy canceled and I had to be rated at high risk. Clint, the owner of Barrett Insurance, shifted the error to Progressive and failed to remedy the problem. It seems lately that Barrett Insurance doesn't want to accept the responsibility of their errors, and always shifts it to someone else.
Several times I have tried to call and speak with Mr. Barrett, and each time he rushes me off the phone insinuating that he does not have time for me and I'm never respsected with a phone call back (from anyone)
To date, I still have not received my refund or the courtsey of a phone call back.

Called today talked to Joe and either he hung up or I got disconnected!!
