Freeman and Tom had us in and out in 10 minutes with the chair we came for! They even opened early for us… super kind and helpful without the pushiness that sometimes comes with furniture shopping. Thanks for the great experience getting our new furniture!

I purchased a Tide Anchor sectional from the store on Miller Rd in Flint MI. In less than a year I began to have issues with some seam separation. I purchased the warranty for this furniture. The claim was opened and declined as they stated it was normal wear and tear. I was told to open a manufacturing warranty as the problem started before the manufacturing warranty was up. They also declined the claim because the warranty company had declined the claim. I then called Kimberlee ( store director ) who said she would investigate and take care of me. After a week or so Stephanie called me and stated that she was still working with the insurance company but to bring up the furniture and she would replace it with new. I was not able to return while she was working so she engaged Freeman ( operations manager ) and told me to ask for Freeman when I got to the store. As I walked into the store Freeman greeted me and asked me to pull my trailer up the doors and he would take care of it. 10 minutes later I was leaving with brand new replacement furniture. I am extremely grateful for Kimberlee and Freeman who demonstrated what customer service is all about. I would highly recommend buying from the Miller Rd store.

Korben was awesome helping me with a great deal on furniture I had been looking for. Found the same living room set here as I did at Value city for a way better price!! Thanks so much Korben for being a professional and helpful!!

I never been in American Freight, I went in and came out with a bedroom set. Everybody who worked in there was really nice, and the manager Kimberlee went above and beyond thank you guys for everything!

Kim is the corporate manager at American freight in furniture. She was marvelous at handling the complaints that I had her two employees. Korben and Freeman were wonderful and awesome people very helpful very understanding very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend purchasing your furniture. Your bedding, anything that you're looking for through American freight and furniture in Flint Michigan again I can't describe how excellent the service was wonderful!!!!!
