I purchased a very nice kitchen table and chairs from Terra at Ashley Home Store on Linden road in Flint in September. I walked in the store today, over two months later, and was greeted by Terra and helped to select our new recliner couch. She and her manager Quinn gave me a great deal and had the paperwork completed so fast. I appreciate you guys and will definitely be back. It is so refreshing buying WITHOUT pressure. Jaron was so helpful. He had great product knowledge and was friendly. When picking out my mattress, he took the time to ask me questions about my sleeping habits, if I had any medical problems like neck, back and so on in order for me to find the best mattress to fit my needs. The great customer service did not stop there. Quin, the Flint stores manager, greeted me and asked me if I was satisfied with my purchase and if he could help me with anything else. When it came down to final pricing, they were so fair that I felt so comfortable as if they treated me like a family member. I will be going back soon to purchase my living room furniture. Initially worked with Tara. She was friendly and answered all of our questions. I followed up with the store a couple weeks later and got Tony. He answered a few additional questions I had. When I went back in I was thankful to get Tara again. She was so welcoming and easy to work with. I appreciate her candid personality. Would highly recommend her! Purchase was easy as well. We are waiting on delivery and will update if anything changes.

I enjoyed shopping at Ashley furniture. The sales people that assisted me were very helpful and friendly. They were engaging without using any high pressure sales technique. They listened to what my needs were, pointed me in the right direction and helped make the purchasing process very smooth.

I was greeted and helped by Ja’Ron, he was great. Very informative as well & patient as a salesman. He went over everything in detail and even doubled checked on things he may not have been 100% sure about. If you shop here ask for this young professional you won’t regret it.

Working with Brandon at the Linden Rd location was a great experience. He was more interested in filling our need than pushing expensive products. We highly recommend him! Mari at the center rd location was also wonderful!

We had a great time with Lam this past weekend!! He was very knowledgeable, patient, and gave us all the options we needed to make or purchase without being too pushy. I’m happy with the merchandise we picked out, and feel like we got the best deal and quality for our budget. He’s a huge asset to have in store, if you need help ask for Lam.

Brandon was extremely helpful from expediting the order to ensure prompt delivery and exceeding expectations. Upon calling as follow up on a few pending items he had taken the initiative to already handle it to provide me confirmation with direction on when I should expect the outstanding items. If you want great service go see Brandon. AND the store manager Quinn was very friendly and trying to accommodate. This store has done a 180 degree turnaround since last visited! Kudos to the flint store.

From friendly Tony’s initial greeting when we walked through Ashley’s doors through the conclusion of our business after we picked up our incredible purchase with help from Quinn and Tori, my family’s buying experience with Ashley furniture has been wonderful! We appreciated being able to peruse the showroom’s myriad of choices at our own pace and the store’s purchase and care policies were explained in easily understood detail. Our first time here will hopefully be the beginning of a nice relationship!!

Jay was awesome! His knowledge helped my parents and i find great products with great deals. The Vacation package was the icing on the cake.

The salesman that helped me was awesome. Charles was the best-informed salesperson that helped me with my purchase. It was just really nice to finally not have a salesperson try and push something I did not want and went out of his way to help me with the item I did Thank you very much.

Our sales guy Tony was very helpful and friendly. He was not pushy and let us wonder around but was always near by if we needed help. The whole experience of shopping for a sectional was made very easy and was helped with finding good deals.

Overall experience with Brandon was fantastic and a pleasure. I was not real happy about TV commercials, bill board advertisements, online advertising, emails offering up to five years interest free and when I went there with really good credit the Max I was allowed to do was one year. When I asked about this I was told they were not doing this anymore even though all the advertising I just spoke of is still going on.

It was the first time had ever been in this store, it was very clean and organized. The prices were decent compared to what I had been seeing in other places. We dealt with Charles who was super friendly and answered all of our questions. We ended finding a great deal on a set and bought it!

Store is neat and clean.
I had Tony helping us and he went above and beyond and wasn't pushy. He was moving end tables all around for us so we can see what went well with the new couch and love seat we purchased.
