I purchased a La-z-boy rocker/recliner and really like it! Very comfortable! I bought it on Thursday and was able to have it delivered Saturday, two days later.

Ron(pretty sure that was his name) was super helpful and not at all pushy or annoying like you get at some furniture stores. I took an obnoxious amount of time picking out my perfect chair and he was extremely helpful (checking prices and fabric options etc) and patient. Plus they had a large amount of furniture at good prices.

This was our first purchase from Godwin's and our experience from the time we entered the store to delivery of our purchased sofa, loveseat, and cocktail table was first class. Karen from the Flint store was extremely helpful and their delivery guys were top notch. It was nice not to be high pressured and during these crazy times where you have to wait up to 6 months to get your furniture, all the items we wanted were in stock . When we need more furniture this will be our first stop

Staff was great at helping us find the best furniture to fit our needs. The two delivery personnel were extremely professional, polite, and helpful; carried our old sofa to the road for us when we couldn't remove it ourselves, and brought in our new furniture, set it up quickly, and verified everything was working properly before leaving. Great experience overall and highly recommend!

Staff is always very helpful. The furniture here cost more than a box store and for very good reason. You will buy stuff here that will last 20 years plus. I love the sets they have here. I have bought two beds, a couch and a lot of other items. Had one item break. Called them and they made it right!!!!

After needing to replace my worn out Lazy Boy rocker recliner I first went to Godwin's in Flint. Staff there was very attentive and knowledgeable about what recliner would best suit my needs. I found a few but decided I wanted to checkout an actual Lazyboy store. Boy was that a mistake! The lazyboy showroom store left me with no customer service, ignored and staff that could only answer generic questions if I got an answer at all. I quickly went back to Godwin's! I was again treated well with attention. Answered questions with knowledge, Bonnie one of the sales member found me the right recliner for my needs. We will definitely go back for all our furniture needs. In a world where customer service is dead Godwin's does it Right! Great service, knowledgeable staff, great buying experience.

Nice store with a lot of good choices to come choose what you like! I have bought furniture here a couple times and I recommend them!

Chris Allen is a helpful employee and he helped me find a lift chair that was perfect for me. When I returned to purchase the chair, Chris was not there, but his father, Big Mike helped to close my deal. He was able to beat a price that I had gotten from another store. Very satisfied.

This was such a fun experience for my lady and I. The manager Lynn helped us out and she is Amazing. It was awesome. They worked with us laughed with us very down to earth this place is a must. Thankyou for this memory my lady hasn’t stoped talking about it.

Very large showroom with lots of options to choose from. The staff came and greeted us immediatley. We found exactly what we needed quickly and a fair price.
