Very clean buffet lines. Food was fresh. And the staff is very friendly! Very affordable.

The food is amazing and heavenly, I start with a little of everything, there is so much goodness, then I go back for new favorites, tasty, Oriental dishes 20 or 30 dishes, some I just can't get enough of, there is so much to choose from, the smells are remarkable, all. Is delicious, some are real delicacies, I could eat there every day,
Something I miss is pressed duck, mmmmmm.
So much goodness to taste, a real great treat for my tongue.
Thank you oriental star. A real five star restaurant.

All too often people only give a comment to complain, but I must say I have tried pork egg foo yong all over the world and this was the very best thank you. I will be back the Buffet was delicious but I did takeout for later. It is so good it’s perfect.

Egg foo yong is my favorite Chinese dish. It is very hard to find in restaurants now and worse if you do find it, it does not taste like it should.
Today, my egg for young is perfect. Each ingredient was lovingly made, tender eggs inside and perfect crust achieved. That's not easy.
The pork in my egg foo yong was roasted to perfection, moist, tender, full of flavor. The sauce must be perfect and it is. I will never eat it anywhere else as long as you make it for me, but I will be brave to try my other dishes too. Thank you for a long-term relationship and my meal made me very happy today.

I think the choice to charge per pound for the take out buffet was an excellent idea. I've noticed an improvement in the food quality and upkeep of their establishment. Wonderful owners.

I love this place. best takeout in ionia (especially for vegetarians! ) employees are always so kind and quick.

The food is great and fresh every time I go there

One of my favorite places to take my family for dinner. Lots of different food options including breaded shrimp, egg drop soup, crab ragoon, sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, salad, ice cream, potatoe wedges, green beans, rice, fruit, jello, peanut chicken, pork, beef, ECT. My kids are two plates tonight! They have a fun atmosphere with fish on tanks, tv's with sea life shows, strings of lights, hanging dragons, and more. They have highchairs for small children. The staff is very attentive to my families needs and super friendly. Not too outrageous to feed 4 people at a sit down restaurant for $32. Your choice to sit at a booth or a table. I always do the buffet but they do have takeout.

Food was hot and well stocked. At a buffet that's what matters. Food and variety was excellent too.

This is probably my new favorite Chinese buffet. Their food is absolutely delicious and it always looks up to keep and clean! Their egg roles are my absolute favorite!! I definitely recommend eating out here again, and their prices are under $40 for two. Employees are also super nice and on top of waiting on their customers.

I come for the food, not the people. I have always had takeout so I don't have the opportunity to witness the service. I assume it's great because they always have customers. The food is excellent, filling, fresh. The sesame chicken is so delicious. Unfortunately, I haven't seen General Tso's chicken there which is my favorite but it doesn't stop me from going.

This place is 💯 the place to go if you're in the area and want a good option for great food. The family that runs it is super nice and very helpful. I've been here many times and it's wonderful!

Absolutely love this place. Its my favorite restaurant in town. I am hoping it is opening back up. I need me some Chinese. I typically spend over $20 for take out at least once a week. I have been craving this delicious food. I love this place and the food and I recommend this place if you want something more healthy than the fat food restaurants around here. I am hoping they open back up. Me, my little sister, and my little brother (before he passed away) used to come here all the time. It cannot close its doors. This place has memories and the staff is really nice and has very good customer service skills. Love the food and love the people.

Everything on the buffet was hot and tasty. Some of the best peanut butter chicken I’ve had at a buffet. Very clean, modern looking restaurant on the inside. Good service.
