Crocs at Birch Run

Very, very friendly staff. My wife and I spent a long time looking at everything they had in the store, there was way more than I expected a store dedicated to Crocs to have.

Love this store! Wish they had more size options and more of a selection, but we do love it! Staff is always friendly and willing to help you when needed.

I expected really great prices on crocs. I thought the prices were still a bit high for an outlet store, but then again, outlet stores aren't as cheap as they once used to be.
Anyway, we got 2 pair of crocs for about $60 after using a retail me not coupon the sales gal encouraged me to use.
The store was well organized, clean, and was staffed by very fun, very engaging and nice employees.

Love Crocs flip-flops! The girls in this store were very friendly and helpful. Everything was nicely organized and clean.

The Crocs store was very busy today. So much so, that there was a line outside. There were good specials, so it was difficult trying to figure out what to get. We were having a hard time finding my size. I don't like to bother store employees when stores are busy but I really wanted to make sure they didn't have my size in the back. I asked the closest employee (Amanda) to me and she was very informative and helpful. She made a couple of trips in the back to check shoe sizes and it seemed like every time that I had a question, she was right there. LOL! She treated me like I was the only customer in the store...even though I saw her treat everyone she helped, like me. Amanda was absolutely incredible and I found out that she was the manager. Great Shopping Experience! Thanks, Amanda!!!

Amanda was outstanding!!! She asked my husband and I what we were looking for and brought us a few things to try. She was very knowledgeable about the product and provided feedback from others who have bought the shoes we were trying on. Great customer service without feeling the pressure of a sales pitch!

The sales ladies were extremely helpful finding the right shoes for my needy feet! They brought over many pairs to try and wouldn't let me put the ones I didn't want away; they insisted on serving me! Would definitely recommend this store!

First off, let me just say, I have never met employees that are so enthusiastic about their job! These girls lived this job and then wanted me to work for them because well, I love crocs. Unfortunately I am not from the area but the service and ambition of the girls working here was fantastic! I didn't buy anything simply because I have to many pair of crocs now, but the girls here are a prime example if how everyone should be at their place of employment! Thank you for a friendly and joyful experience!

Great service! One of the managers helped me find exactly the right shoe that doesn't aggrivate foot pain I have from nerve damage. I wouldn't have found them on my own. I love them and wear them all the time!

Great staff and lots of selection to choose from. Recently picked up crocs from here and the staff treated me with kindness and respect.

I was at Crocs & I was having the worst day ever & this sweet lady was so kind & made my day! i believe her name was Mariah.. She gave me such great service, someone needs to promote her!

I love the selection of crocs and croc charms! I bought myself a pair a while ago and they still fit! Usually they don’t last long lol
