Truly an exceptional community.
A small park with many great amenities and a staff that goes above and beyond making us feel at home. Superb lifestyle at affordable prices.

Great place to live highly recommend getting ready to sign my 4th lease!! The maintenance guys are great and LOVE the girls in the office!! Very well kept park, I don't ever see myself moving from here, love it!!

Went to a open house held at the club house in the front. Was very nice! Also the party got to swim in the pool bonus feature!

Tabitha Horton the Park Manager from Timber Heights in Davison always Steps In & Always Helps Out Maple Run & Any Other Manufactured Homes from RHP . I know Ms Tabitha Horton has been Training New Manager at Maple Run. Tabitha Horton is great at her Job & does.it very well.

The maintenance crew is great bunch of guys and are very helpful. The office staff is as awesome as well they have help out in so many ways
