South Creek is a great place to live great neighbors and management is really nice and helpful. So come out and see for yourself. 5 Stars all the way.

Drive through here for the first time ever a couple days ago, and I must say, seems like a prime choice of locations to move a mobile home to if you're looking around. Seems well kept overall, but I would guess that less than half of the lots are occupied. Unsure of the reason(s) behind this, but at first site, seems to be a nice park and in a nice area as well. I personally would have no concerns moving here at all.

I'm looking for a place for my dad to possibly live and I have looked at 4 different parks in the area as well as several apartments. South Creek is by far the nicest looking park and I felt the manager really cares about the community. Also, I like the fact we have the option buy and own our own place if we wanted to stay long term.

They also have log cabins and castles and yurts and huge ivory towers and an egg crate mansion and The Dome and The Superdome and The Astrodome and the Basilica of Saint Peter and some trailers.
