Tommy was absolutely amazing! He took the time to help me get set up with a phone and made sure that the phone was up and running before I left the store. All the employees in there were very friendly, kind, and they genuinely cared. What started out as a rough day with my phone screen shattering ended with a great experience. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Tommy gave me excellent one on one customer service today when I bought my new iPhone. He searched for the best deals to save me money. He helped set my phone up so everything was ready to go when I left the store.

Big shout out to Dylan and Lara for the excellent service today! I sat on the phone with VZ customer service with no luck, walked in the Tomah store with 2 screwed up phones, no cell signal, frustrated and walked out one happy gal with a new S23 ultra!! AND Dylan saved me over $500! A few yrs ago I wasn't going back in that store but today, I'm so glad I did!! I'll be going back there from now on!

Lara was great to work with. We were pretty sure knew what we wanted when we got there. Lara still provided suggestions & additional options. Hunter was knowledgeable and very professional in helping me purchase my new phone. He made sure I was able to take advantage of any promotions that were currently available, he took the time to explain all the agreements, and made sure I was comfortable with my new phone before I left the store. Dylan was the only one working in the store and he had at least 4 other customers besides ourselves. He kept his cool and was extremely professional under what most would consider a stressful situation. You have a very good employee and should make every effort to hold onto him.
