AT&T Store

The first time we went in to switch to att from US Cellular, The two guys that helped us were great and helpful. We also had to go in again to add some lines to our account and these other two guys were great, too! Great employees and great service.

My husband, son and I were taken care by Zach this past Wednesday evening purchasing new phones. He was so patient and knowledgeable and went over everything with us. Unfortunately, it took longer than we expected, he is a valuable employee and deserves a raise. Good job, Zach!!!

I just want to say that after having some initial mix ups we were able to get things figured out and the people at AT&T Tomah took care of us. Travis was a great help.

Kacey at the Tomah location was amazing! Super helpful! Helped switch all our phones over to the AT&T. Even when our older phone was giving him issues he worked even harder to get it going. As waiting he heard that my daughters phone wasn’t charging correctly and took it upon himself to clean it out. Absolutely Amazing guy!!

Kasey was a great sales rep that was honest, trustworthy, and friendly. He was able to answer all of our questions and made our transition from US Cellular to AT&T very easy.

Very pleased with the customer care and service they provide. I went to Verizon across the street where the sales reps were rude and crazy, one of them came out to my car where I was on the phone with a Verizon agent because I had questions I couldn't get answered inside, opened my door, yelled at me something about her husband and her phone slammed the door and stormed off back into the store. To weird and offensive for me, as I left Verizon parking lot I seen AT&T and thought I might as well check and see what they have to offer . I am so glad I did. The reps were friendly attentive and didn't make me feel like i was a bother to them. They helped me decide what phone I want and what service from what provider I wanted that would best fit my needs and desires. Very honest about the pros and cons between AT&T, VERIZON and SPECTRUM MOBILE. I am a very satisfied AT&T customer.

Travis and Nicole helped me setup my new phone even though my old one was smashed and damaged.

Jessica, from the Tomah store, greeted us with a great smile and made it very easy to talk about what I wanted. Jessica was very efficient with our time and professional. She was also very quick with getting everything set up and answered all our questions with accuracy. I am glad to have done business with a person like that in your store.

Travis and Mickey rock! I have always had Incredible customer service at this store. All the associates are patient and knowledgeable. Any time you need anything or have questions this is the store I'd recommend. 10 out of 10 times!

The face of your business is whomever you hire to greet customers at the door, and at the store in Tomah, I was very pleased. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and I know good customer service when I see it, and feel it. Staff there makes you feel very valuable. The young lady on June 28th 2021 was very professional, even though she got me to spend way more money than I wanted to spend lol. Wish you were working for me LOL

I was shopping for the new IPhone 12 today and the Lady on the phone, I just wanted to say, was super kind and respectful.
