Best Western Tomah Hotel

My family and I stayed the night to visit with family and we had a great time. Our kids loved the pool and the front desk employee was kind and helpful. The housekeepers did a great job on our room, the room was clean and comfortable.

As a former housekeeper I always inspect a room before we check in. I didn't have any complaints as our room (213) was very clean and I made sure to strip the beds and clean a little before we left. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Not a single rude or negative response for any of them. Cute dog area and the pool is nice and spacious. Family hot tub was nice as our little one was too cold in the pool. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others

The staff is extremely helpful and diligent. We are overly pleased with the Best Western in Tomah and would recommend this to anyone in the area. The rooms are clean and again, everyone is so kind and helpful.
The room is great! Clean and comforting. The amenities are all you could need from a conference room to the pool. Located in a great area of Tomah, WI. 10/10.

We stayed in Room 137 with our 2 small dogs. The room was big! The staff was so wonderful and kind, not thinking of time change the staff so kindly let us in our room a hour early. Housekeeping was such a joy our room was near the housekeeping area and they were so pleasant every time we saw them, they took the time to engage with us. The beds were so comfortable and the room was very clean, I could not even tell it was a pet friendly room. The dog park was such a great way for our pups to unwind and just run for a little while. Our room was close to a exit so we were able to do a quick potty break. The water pressure wasn’t the best in the shower but overall it was an amazing experience! We will be back for sure!

A really great hotel! They are very kind and the room was super clean. Comfortable bed too and a nice shower. This was a great place to stop on a road trip. Would highly recommend! We even enjoyed their spa and sauna in the evening, which was really great.

Better carts to carry your luggage in.
No aired up and flat tires. The carts barely roll with flat tires. You try it.

For a budget/value priced hotel, we were very impressed. Great accommodations. Staff was friendly.
Rooms were extremely clean!! Which was the biggest plus. No funky smells in the bedding or carpet. Well maintained. Best stay we’ve had at a hotel in a long time. Highly recommend staying here.

Let me just say this, I am from the south where everyone talks about southern hospitality but we ain't got nothing on these folks! They go above and beyond. We were here because our semi was in the shop and just happened to break down with a snow storm on the way. When we found out we could go back to get our truck the local taxi service was closed and Uber doesn't allow dogs so we didn't know what we were going to do. Lisa let me know real quick that they would do anything they needed to help us out. Within just a couple of minutes a young man named Braden come to meet us and take us to our semi and even gave us his phone number in case our truck had more issues and we needed a ride back to the hotel! The hotel itself was wonderful. Very clean amazing rooms with very comfy beds, pet friendly, indoor pool and hot tub. Also has a bar and grill and a Perkins restaurant attached with good food. Lots of room for dogs to run out back with a gazebo, tables, and chairs. Being over the road we stay in hotels a lot and this was hands down our best experience at any hotel and I'm not just saying that. Being away from home all the time is hard but when you meet such wonderful people it really, really makes all the difference and felt like home.

Clean rooms little out dated but nice. I liked the lounge nice end of a long day on the road to sit and have a cocktail. Will stay again when in town.

the hotel is very comfortable and accessible at the moment of getting to know the city... the staff is very polite and respectful with the guests, I liked the breakfast and the attention of the lobby staff. thanks to all the workers.

The staff was great. The nice thing about this hotel was I was able to park my big rig in the parking lot very clean will go back if I go back that way thank you every body for making me feel welcome.

Everything was great! The staff was excellent and the food was pretty good. Pretty quiet around here. No issues at all. The only complaint I have is that the beds are a bit hard. I did have trouble sleeping my first few nights but that’s it. Other than that, everything else was satisfying.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. My room had been upgraded when I arrived and all my requests were done. My room was clean and the toiletries were not some cheap stuff, but good quality. They offer either a grab and go breakfast, or a $4 off coupon for Perkins which is connected to them.

I LOVE the fact that they have an enclosed courtyard just for dogs. The majority of hotels that are "dog friendly" will accomodate your pet, but Tomah Best Western goes above and beyond by having this special enclosed area designated just for dogs.

A little dated on the rooms but overall clean and well kept.

I'd like to commend Sara W. from the front desk who was extremely helpful when we checked out. Our group stayed in two rooms for two nights while visiting a friend in town. Our number varied over the two nights and Sara did a great job of billing each of us separately for our fair share of the costs. She was very professional!
The room was nice and the beds very comfy. We also enjoyed the pool.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, not much noise which is the 3 main things I look for in a hotel. Its attached to a Perkins and you get 2 $4 off vouchers but be aware they have scaled back on hours and are open 7am to 8 pm when we were there.

I liked everything about this hotel. Not sure what other people are whining about. It was clean, great customer service, and having a Perkins attached was very convenient. The bar was great too

It was a very nice hotel. It had a nice big pool. The hotel was nicely decorated, and a quiet place to stay, even with kids during a baseball tournament, it was a Perfect Spot. A Perkins restaurant is attached to the hotel. The lounge that was inside the hotel is attached to the Perkins restaurant, so for dinner you could sit in the restaurant or in the bar area and have dinner . With in walking distance are a few restaurants, gas stations, cheese factory. Across the highway about a mile or are your local convenience stores. A very good, clean safe area.

A group of us stayed there for Work, we were there for approximately 7 months. The staff was wonderful. They all went out of there way to make make our stay enjoyable and we’re always asking if there was anything they could do for us. The hotel is older but well maintained, clean and quite. The lounge is great and having a Perkins attached is a plus. You can order from Perkins in the lounge. I would recommend this place if you are traveling for business or pleasure.

This is one of the best values I've ever had in a hotel and I travel often. Room was immaculately clean; not even a water spot in the bathroom. I left a tip for the cleaning staff which I have never done before! Plus, no crappy hotel breakfast. They give you a voucher for the attached Perkins! This place can't be beat.
