Financial Plus Credit Union

I have been a member of Financial Plus Credit Union since 1978 and couldn't be happier. The service is outstanding, staff is knowledgeable, and they offer all the services I need. I love the new logo too so trendy.

For as long as I've banking here I've had good and bad experiences, the tellers most of the time have been short and rude. However went in there yesterday and met one of the nicest people that I have ever met! Cheyenne does an amazing job making people feel welcomed! This place needs more people like her

Best Credit Union or Bank I've ever belonged too. I have used Dort Federal, Elga, Huntington, etc and this is the only place I keep coming back too (3 times to be exact lol) I had a car loan through FP and they were awesome, they offered multiple convenient ways to pay the payment. They are super friendly, I love their online mobile app and I haven't had one rude representative when speaking with the call center. I don't plan to leave FP again, I finally got my Husband to make the switch because we couldn't stand Dort Federal and how our money kept disappearing from our account! So now I am happy we left DF and are back at FP!

Erica was a rock star. Seriously helped me out of a jam that I've been stuck in for months with depositing paper checks outside of business hours. Someone at Financial Plus needs to recognize her and give her the biggest raise ever!

Outstanding customer service, always friendly and very helpful. Going on 5years now and I've never had any issues. I will be a member for life. I highly recommend van slyke location to everyone!!
