Stone Arch Brewpub

The Tap Room houses live music every Tuesday at 7pm. I advise people to arrive before 6 if you would like a decent seat/table, as the room tends to fill up fairly quickly. The musicians and genres vary. They may be local or national acts. There is a cover charge for the listening sessions, usually $10 unless otherwise posted. It can get VERY loud, as it only accommodates less than 80 people.

They also serve a variety of food, from specials, to pizza, appetizers, burgers (typical pub grub), etc. And since this is also a brewery, don't forget to try some new ales, or stouts, or a mixed drink if that's what you prefer.

Crafted for You. Brilliant place where everyone is a local and the beer unbelievably unique. Which is hard to do in today's world of brew pubs. The Barley Wine Beer is truly unique and very tasty. They also have a full bar to compliment the range of unique brews. The food is brilliant bit the service is very prompt, gracious, and friendly. Enjoy.

Stopped for lunch on the way home from Madison. Salad was just what I needed after a weekend of drinking and deep fried food. My husband and I sat at the bar where service was fast and friendly. Beer flights were available so of course that was what I ordered along with a delish salad. They also had a house vinaigrette made with their IPA that finished the salad perfectly. My husband got the Cesar salad - a classic. It was definitely enough for lunch! We are sure to return for lunch and flights soon.

Came here for the second time and was once again pleased with my experience. The atmosphere is in the basement and feels very historic. All of us had different pizzas and we all enjoyed our pizzas. Natalia was our server and she was awesome, being both friendly and attentive.

I decided to treat my brother and his wife to dinner last night and the beer, food, and service did not disappoint! My brother had the Salmon on top of a bed of quinoa and he said it was really good. We also ordered the cheese curds which are hands down the best I have ever had; not to mention their sweet potato fries are exceptional. I cannot recommend this place enough as it’s quality is hard to come by.

Stone Arch Brewpub is situated in the former Appleton Brewery complex just over the river near downtown. Adler Brau was the flagship label back in the day, so they started brewing the old recipe again. This brewery is an impressive structure full of history with multiple rooms and outside seating. It's like a castle in the dining area and barroom with plenty of stone and brick. If breweriana is your thing, there are beer signs galore from all over the state scattered throughout. There's even an arcade with a half dozen pinball machines, etc. We enjoyed the food and the home brew. The cheese curds, however, didn't live up to the hype. Next time, we'll order the schnitzel as it looked substantial and delicious. The staff was friendly and quick. With all of the noteworthy atmosphere, the place is a must-see. The Skyline Comedy Club is also located on the third floor if you want that dinner and a show experience.

1st time here! GREAT food. I totally forgot to take a picture of my yummy dinner. It was so pretty too. I was very hesitant to get it but I really wanted scallops. I'm super happy I did you couldn't even tell there was pumpkin in the dish what so ever! The flavor was beyond amazing and the scallops were cooked perfect. We had an appetizer of the fried pickles and hands down best fried pickle chips I've ever had. Light batter that stayed on and they weren't mushy what so ever
Definitely will come back when we're in the area.

First time here for dinner, tried one of their honey wheat beers, very good. I had the schnitzel and it was delicious, cheese curds were as well. Great service, friendly staff and great history of the place on the menu cover, definitely worth a return visit!!

We visited the stonearch after a show at the PAC and were delighted with the food, service, and atmosphere. I loves the look amd feel of the building. The staff were super helpful and the service was phenomenal. The food was also very good. I loved seeing a scotch egg on the menu and it did not disappoint. We also loved their root beer. It's a light root beer and has the bite of a traditional root beer. It's not just sugary syrup and brown food coloring. We visited the marketplace and even took some bottles home. Loved everything and we will be returning again in the future.

One of the best food and beer menus I've ever seen! And the quality to match. Excellent beers. Great food. And very cool environment inside and out. Service was top notch. Definitely planning on going back again soon!!

Our server Jane was very professional and kind. The food was phenomenal. We had the Vegetarian Gnocchi, and Beef and Beercheese Sandwich. Altogether a wonderful meal!
Sadly no chips compare to Buckee's chips.

If you are in the area, just go here! The food and service was incredible! We sat at the bar and the bartender was so attentive, gave us great recommendations and was very personable! We ordered the chicken, bacon, ranch pizza and it was sooooo good. The cheese curds were also delicious! Lots of beer options to try as well! I wish we could go back but we were just visiting. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere is amazing, it’s an old brewery from the late 1800s that they refurbished the building and now operate the brewpub. Pretty cool history.

The food was incredible, super comfort food, and all the dishes we ordered were tasty and well made (Mac and Cheese, Pulled Pork, Shepard’s Pie, Scotch Egg, Cheese Curds).

The beers are literally world class. The have won a bunch of awards, and you can tell. My favorite is the Scottish and the Altbier.
They also make their own root beer that will knock your socks off.

To top it all of we really lucked out as they had a live band playing on the outdoor stage. Great music, great food, great beer. What more could you ask for.

Awesome place, great beers and food. The cheese curds were amazing, as was the Schnitzel mit jaeger sauce. Feels like you're heading down into the dungeon when you go down those stairs, but the bar area is beatiful.

My girlfriends and I were bar-hopping for St Patrick's day and ended up at Stone Arch for dinner. Food was great and Drew, who was bartending, and waiting on tables was awesome! Attentive, smiling, provided great service and was just great all-around!

One of the best spots to get some seriously good eats!! We always stop here when we come see a comedy show! Atmosphere is perfect, staff is attentive- would recommend Stone Arch to anyone!

Decided to give this a try after a long day of travel - grateful I did! Fantastic food!

Excellent menu and all our appetizers and entrees with delicious. The duck wontons w/Thai chili sauce were enjoyed by all. The brussel sprouts and scotch eggs were excellent too! We order ed the pork chop which was thick juicy and very delicious with the bacon jam. Even the mixed vegetables that came on the side were very good. We all agreed the mac and beer cheese was a huge hit! The corned beef and cabbage special was delicious as well, although a couple of us prefer cabbage that isn't cooked to mush. For desserts, the chocolate torte was rich and the walnuts on top were very nice, not too big as it's a rich dessert. Also we all loved the Bailey's mint creme brulee special dessert that was even better than I thought it would be!

We had a great time!!! Dan was an AWESOME bartender! My husband had the fish and chips and I had the schnitzel - with both recommended sauces - both recommended by Dan and both absolutely delicious!!! The drinks were incredible as well. I had the cranberry margarita and my husband had the bourbon jalapeno mule!!!! So good!!!! We will definitely be back!!!
