Pizza Hut

Service was very good and friendly. The waitress kept our glasses full and was very good about checking in but not being too pushy. You could tell she was keeping an eye on us and recognized when she needed to help out. Food was good also. Plus who doesn't like the cartoon network with some Za and sticks!

Food was prepared quickly. It was hot when I received it. The server was friendly and the food was excellent.

Food has always been great, cooked and prepared exactly how it was ordered, the online app is easy to use and the food is ready quickly! Have not been disappointed yet and the rewards program is really nice, you truly do earn points towards free items like pizzas, wings and desserts

Great timing, as soon as the app said it was ready I walked in the door and they were putting it in the warmer by the register. Great friendly service, good experience.

Disappointed, ordered large meatza and it was very sparce on meat pepperoni only 16 pieces, bacon few pieces, Italian sausage was good amount, beef didn't see unless it was crumbles like sausage disappointed for what used to be a great pizza oh and noticed not much provolone guess you have to order extra to get what used to be. Service and timing were great so I don't blame staff.

They’re short-staffed so I’ll overlook that the tables were all dirty when we arrived. However, the gentleman behind immediately greeted us and cleaned a table off for us. He was also our server, and although clearly busting his butt to get everything done, he was still attentive and thorough. The order was filled exactly as ordered (which hardly ever happens in lower Michigan), and was quite satiating. Dining there was a nice end to 550 miles on the road all day. Good job everyone at PH Houghton!!

Patronize this restaurant if you like places where the employees really understand great service. We were staying at a hotel nearby and decided we wanted a Pizza Hut fix. Our waitress was awesome and really took great care of us even bringing us extra bread sticks that had been accidentally prepped with no one to eat them. She was friendly and completely on top of whatever we needed. We left and were flying back to Denver when I realized I left my credit card there. Well, the employee who answered the phone when I called couldn't have been nicer and he acknowledged that they were holding the card safe and sound. Then I worked with a manager, Jim, who agreed to mail the card back to me after I provided appropriate identification. He was careful to camouflage the cc with cardboard and it arrived safely back to me today. The point of this long review is that from start to finish every employee we came in contact with provided service at the highest level!

Came in with a BIG group of 21. Sat us fast got food even faster!!!! One of the best waitresses I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Didn't charge us for drinks because there was so many of us splitting the check and she didn't want to make it unfair. The food was good. The bathroom was clean. I would go again.

Ordered from the $5 Line Up menu. Two orders each of boneless chicken, cheesey bread sticks and medium pepperoni pizzas. Excellent value for 4 hungry adults. Best service ever at a pizza place! Thanks Alex!

Decent food, not very friendly workers but what do you expect

Every order is on time and correct, and the staff are always nice and have a smile, they seem to really care about the customer, doing everything right. They seem like the type of crew that would go above and beyond.

Went to Mine Shaft, but got the shaft, so I opted to go to Pizza Hut. I'm so happy I did. Sometimes you need a smile along with good food. Thanks Pizza Hut for saving our date night.

Great pizza and bread sticks and a great staff. They were short staffed (July 2021 who isn't) but they were still great. It you like good commerical pizza come here.

Ordered online, Pizza and Cheese sticks were ready on time and delicious Hubby ate it all, Wish there was a drive up window for take out.. Great food, highly recommend!
