My wife and I enjoyed working with Katrina during our remodel. She has great insight and exquisite taste when it comes to decorating and matching colors and fabrics. We have done business with Gartners and Katrina in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Stopped in at Gartners to look at mattresses. Katrina was extremely helpful, offered lots of information and answered every question we had. She was patient and courteous. We did order a mattress.
On the way to look at mattresses, we walked by a leather couch and chair and made the mistake of sitting on it. We ended up getting the furniture, too. Again, Katrina gave us all of the information on those pieces. We highly recommend her services!

Katrina has been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish of our home renovation project. She helped us pick our flooring, carpeting, backsplash tile in our kitchen, and went above and beyond to help us with our paint choices throughout our home. We absolutely LOVE our newly renovated home, thanks to Katrina for her exceptional eye for interior design suggestions. We will definitely use Katrina and Gartners again in the future for other design projects.

The staff at Gartners is so pleasant & helpful; always on hand for inquiries & questions. We have bought several pieces of furniture & artwork there & couldn’t be happier with the quality.
Katrina was exceptional in helping us with 2 separate carpet purchases. One of our carpets had a manufacturer issue, and Gartners was responsive & fast to work through the replacement, fitting us in quickly for a re-install.

Katrina helped me choose living room furniture, end tables a coffee table, and a rug which the whole family loves. Gartner's had everything I needed in stock which made decisions easier for me. Katrina has great design sense and I felt supported but not manipulated or pressured as we chose furniture. Now, she is helping with pillow fabrics.

I highly recommend working with Katrina! I wanted to add a couple of pieces to my living room, described to her what I was looking for and when I brought fabric in for her to work with she had already picked material out that matched perfectly! She’s so good she didn’t even need to see it. This is the second time she’s designed a room for me, work with her—-you’ll be glad you did!

We had a great experience working with Katrina from start to finish. She provided us such good direction on our project. With a multi-level house and open concept she helped us tie in so many things we otherwise would not have thought about. She provided us sketches, color options, flooring options, tile options and carpeting options for our stairs. Julie was amazing to work with. She helped us customize the sectional that was perfect for our living room. She was extremely helpful and her customer service was top notch! Julie followed up with us after our sectional was delivered to see if we needed anything else and to make sure it was what we expected. I recommend working with Julie, she will take care of you! Julie was an absolute delight to do business with. She is very knowledgeable and patient and I would highly recommend her as a sales associate. She patiently went through each lift chair with my father which made his day! She's the absolute best employee you have! Her knowledge and kindness made our purchase easy. Will be back.

Our living room was in need of a makeover. We looked like we were living in a fraternity house with a hodge podge of furniture. Katrina worked her magic within our budget. We now have a living room to handle our large family with plenty of storage. We love it.

Katrina was very helpful when I came into the store shopping for carpet. She is very knowledgeable about carpet types, and wear of them. I was able to take samples home to see how they’d look in the room I was carpeting which was helpful. I appreciated that she was able to get the installers to squeeze me in to get the room done! Julie at Gartners was so wonderful and easy to work with. Julie is the bomb, she will make sure you get exactly what you want at a great price. The delivery men, Sacha and Joel were exceptional as well. Won't buy furniture from anywhere else.

Julie is incredible. I went in first to pick out furniture for my mother. I found exactly what I needed, bought it and they delivered it within the hour.

A few days later, my husband and I went to purchase living room furniture. Everyone was so helpful, but Julie took time to answer questions and was patient as we changed our minds a few times.

Katrina was very helpful, and I would recommend working with her! I am very glad we ended up shopping local, because we were able to return some flooring that we would have been stuck with had we went through an online retailer. Katrina works very hard to make sure the customer is happy!

Larry in the Flooring Department gave the best recommendation for ceramic tile color and grout! It was slate and a charcoal grout, really gave the whole house an upgrade. He took a lot of time to fit the needs of the project, came out to measure and lined up the prep work and scheduled us promptly. I look forward to working with Gartner's again for my next flooring project, they took care of it all; selection to install and cleanup, thank you again!

Julie in Sales was amazing! Listened well, great energy, and extremely thorough. A real Pro. We worked remotely (by phone) on the purchase of a couple mattresses and it was like I was right there in the store with her - instead of 400 miles away. Painless purchase.
