I had not been to a barbershop in over 40 years, but WOW is how I would describe my experience. Since I have just moved to the UP, I often get the looks from locals wondering what I am doing here. This local barbershop was so welcoming and incredible!!

The barber was super nice and engaging. Our conversation was heard by all the other men in the shop and everyone was so nice to me.

Good place to get a haircut, Mike's friendly and welcoming guy. Price is affordable and it's great to see that Mike has kept it standard $12, not like other places who keeps raising it. There are no appointments required, it's walk in, first come first serve bases. There's also free WiFi here!

Great haircut at a good price. Cash only, so make sure to hit an ATM on your way over. The line is determined by the honor system, so take a good look at the people who are seated when you walk in so you know when it’s your turn.

This is the place to go for a haircut. Mike is absolutely the best. A great guy, and recognizes his customers. Don't try and call for a reservation. Walk in only. Expect to take part of the afternoon to get your cut, but it's worth it. Good conversation. Tried other places in the area, and none compare. This is a barber shop. The straight razor finish is awesome.
