Awesome experience with Kristin very knowlegeable would recommend her for Health Insurance in a heartbeat. Very professional, explains ,and answers questions so the regular person can understand!!! Dont try to do it on your own.talk to her you will be glad you did!!!

Kristin is the easiest person to talk to about the many concerns one may have regarding the most irritatingly frustrating, complicated, yet hugely important subject — health insurance. She is informative, not pushy, helpful, not condescending, and would be the family member you actually want to see at family dinners. Once you and she decide which plan is right for you, Medicare Traditional or Advantage, she totally gets it if you want to change your mind and pick something else. She guides you, she doesn’t drive you; Kristin wants you to be happy with the decision. That’s what she is there for.

When my husband passed away I no longer had health insurance. I was given Kristin’s name and her
Number for Health Markets Insurance. She helped me navigate through to make sure my health insurance needs were met. Then when I turned 65 she did the same for me and I never skipped a beat it was the smoothest transition into Medicare and additional insurance. I am so blessed to have her taking care of me and she takes care of my mothers insurance also.

I left my job in March 2021, but first contacted Kristin about insurance benefits in the fall of 2020. She was wonderful from Day 1. She gave me a few things to think about and a timeframe of when to reach back out to her. As soon as I was ready to quit, I contacted her again and she got back to me immediately to schedule a time to sit down. Kristin is kind, professional, and takes her time with you, but she also doesn't waste your time. She helped me set up a healthcare plan for me as a self-employed woman and calls or texts me anytime there is a change going on to explain what that means for me and my plan. Kristin is a busy woman, but I often feel like one of her only clients when I'm with her because she's focused only on you. I recommend everyone to Kristin.

If you are looking for someone who can help you through the ACA/ Marketplace/Obamacare insurance (as well as Medicare if you have that) decisions, look no further. Kristen is extremely knowledgeable in all of it and very personable, and can help you get through this process without having an anxiety attack. She can help you in finding just the right fit for you. Bonus!! Trust me insurance is not a one size fits all and she will help you wade through that.
