I've dealt with Shoreline for both my business and personal insurance needs for years. I've tried other agencies and know many agents, but none have every given me the level of service and consideration that they provide. The true test of an insurance office is claims handling and they pass with flying colors. There has never been a dropped ball and they go to bat with the underwriters on my behalf. Top notch and highly recommended.

I have been using Shoreline insurance for as long as I can remember (Jennifer specifically) and have always had an amazing experience. She is always attentive and gets us the best price. Through new homes, cars and life she has made our life easier! So thankful to have found this place so many years ago!!

I recently leased a new SUV and Jodi went above and beyond to help us with our insurance needs for the new SUV and we also switched our other vehicle to Shoreline. We were treated with respect and the process for obtaining insurance was done in a very expedient manner!!

Called to get a quote and got passed around to several other agents in the office. After a week I called again. Still no quote. I told the nice lady on the phone that I will be switching both my auto and business policies if no one helps me. I’ll be switching as I said I would.

Called to get a quote, was told they would get back with me via phone call or email. A few days later after not receiving any info, i called back during their lunch hour and left a message, weeks later, no responce.
Will not be contacting them again.
