I was referred to Katherine at Brightway from Michigan Mortgage! I am so beyond pleased with my experience with Katherine! She was quick to quote our Home Owners Ins. as well as finding us a great deal to bundle our auto insurance. She took the time to carefully explain the entire quote step by step. Her communication through both email and text messaging was spot on and she was super quick to respond to any questions. She made the transition from our previous auto coverage to the new providers so easy! Buying a home can be stressful and she helped ease this step of the process so much! I am excited to work with Katherine and Brightway!!

I cannot tell you how helpful it is to 1) have someone shopping for the best and most appropriate insurance for you, and 2) helping you to understand all of the numbers and values, and which are best for you. Most importantly, the customer service here is second to none. Friendly, ALWAYS wailing to jump in the phone to help, always available (I have even had a couple of them help me outside of business hours), and if something changes with my insurance, they will get to the bottom of it, and advise accordingly. They take very good care of our household. We have renters, homeowners, and auto policies through them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
