We really enjoyed a meal here with kids and grandparents. Friendly, competent service, great food, reasonable prices, and a unique dining space. I like tile, and I thought the tile floor was really cool. It was easy to talk--not too loud setting. We would go right back.

There was one host, one server , one floor runner. And SHE DID AMAZING FIRST EXPERIENCE HERE AND I WILL BE COMING BACK SERVICE AND EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING
WHOEVER THE COOK IS THERE TODAY THANK YOU! FOOD WAS AMAZING!

Food is excellent. The Asada tacos with the homemade corn shells are amazing. Friendly and great service. Price is good too. All around a great experience.

So many options to choose from. Chicken fajita meal was delicious! Churros were perfect with the drizzled caramel, chocolate and cream. Staff was friendly from the time we entered the door to the time we parted ways. First time here experience was on point. Will definitely be going back for some more delicious food!

Authentic Mexican cuisine. Gael's burrito and steak fajita burrito were delicious. Note they do not serve alcohol so if expecting a margarita with dinner, then you will want to opt for takeout. We went back and got the flautas and deep fried chicken Burrito. Both were delicious and in the pictures.

Food is absolutely delicious. They were very busy, so service and food coming out was a little slow. But it was well worth the wait. Highly recommend

Delicious authentic place, quaint charm, and amazing staff!! The salsa has the perfect kick of spice, and their prices are perfect for the quality and quantity. The enchiladas are perfection. Definitely a must you won't be disappointed in a visit!

We had the burritos supremes plate and the chicken taco dinner. Both dishes were excellent. The burrito sauce is very flavorful and the chicken and beef burrito’s paired well together. Also ordered a side of rice n beans and they were fresh and warm. The chicken taco’s with flour shells, we’re very tasty. Beer selection was good and next visit will try a margarita. Waitress was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Also restaurant is clean and colorful.

My new favorite Mexican Restaurant. Authentic food and the flavor is amazing. Highly recommend that you try them out.

My little brother suggested we try out this new Mexican cuisine @ Gael's Mexican Restaurant. It is located in the old Mango's on Sherman in Muskegon. We were greeted as we walked in and then told to pick a table and they would be right with us. They were, very friendly, attentive, personable & informative. I had a burrito, taco, beans & rice. She asked me what type of taco shell I would like and I asked her what she would recommend. Our server who was wonderful recommended I try the homemade hard shell and I am so glad I did. It was absolutely delicious. I've never had anything like it. I went with the chicken taco. Again, the flavor was very good. My bro had enchiladas and was more than satisfied with his meal. Thank you for a great experience, professional & kind service. And lastly the fabulous food. We will definitely visit again.

Very casual atmosphere with very friendly service and great food.

I had a Colorado Burrito. Not sure why it's called that but basically a steak and bean burrito smothered I cheese and tomato sauce with guacamole, sour creme, lettuce and tomato with rice. Large and very tasty.

I enjoy the shrimp torta, and my wife likes Gael's buritto. We have eaten here dozen+ times and never had a bad experience. The staff is the friendliest around, plus the food is flavourful and delicious.

This place is great! We visited early on a Thursday evening, before it was busy; but by the time we left it was filling up. Our server claimed to be new, but was very patient and knowledgeable when we had questions about the menu - she provided excellent service throughout. The food was exceptional! The mole poblano was well-balanced and tasted like it had been simmering all day. Paired with the homemade tortillas (think puffy tacos here...), it was on-point...this is the real-deal mole, for sure. Others in our party ordered combination plates and the fried burritos (akin to chimichangas), and all agreed that their food was very good.

Mexican restaurants are all over the place...the friendly, attentive service and the authentic, high-quality food truly set this place apart. We will return, for sure.
