very disrespectful. Ask Brendan his last name and he hangs up. Ask him a question and he never answers, only asks questions. Shame on Brendan for making me feel violated by sending me a picture of my house, never listing his last name or answering if he is a licensed real estate agent. Apparently Piper Properties uses yellow letter marketing to generate these letters...so it's not a part of our community. Thank you for responding Brendan. I felt very threatened as well, receiving a vague mass marketing letter such as the one from Piper Properties. While I can appreciate entrepreneur endeavors, this was definitely not an appropriate way to market your services, especially in this time of crisis.
