Lots of staff to help you out and great customer service. The store has everything you need for your printing shipping and boxing needs. I found the service to be fast and professional and very friendly... I can't believe I have not been here before this place is wonderful!!! I highly recommend. I also like that the location is by some delicious food.

I recently had an old (59 yrs.) lantern picked up, packaged and shipped to my home in Southern Indiana. The lantern looked like a piece of junk, but held great personal value to myself. The team at the UPS store did an amazing job all around, even communicating. Everything arrived in perfect condition even the original glass globe was handled with care, and it looked like junk! Thank you!!!!!

The UPS Store on Henry printed the flyers for my sister's fundraising benefit and they turned out GREAT! Not only that, they were done super fast and the staff was very helpful. There are a few UPS Stores closer to me than the one on Henry but I will be going back to the Henry St. location for sure!

I want to rave about my experience with the Henry Street UPS Pack and Ship store. I had a very large, fragile number of items to be shipped out of state. No standard box size or packaging would work. They took on my custom packing project and did a brilliant job with it.
Part of my professional role is to oversee the shipping of very valuable artwork to locations around the world. I know top shelf service when I see it. This UPS store is it. I will add that I first went to the Apple Street location - a different owner than Henry Street, and they were of no help. They said they only use standard boxes and refused to help.
So grateful for the Henry Street location staff!

Notary Employee Kryst Mitcheltree was very accomodate, notarizing papers for my mother's estate. Has been very stressful time for family. She was very efficient, made copies for us, and very happy that this UPS has a notary on duty Monday through Friday!

The Service here is absolutely tops! The ladies were helpful and just absolutely amazing! The only place I will ever go for my printing needs, went above and beyond!

Michelle at UPS was wonderful. As we were emotionally drained from the passing of my father, she was kind, compassionate, and so incredibly good at what she does.

I arrived at the store 1 minute past closing time and really needed to get a package sent for my company. I started to walk back to my car feeling defeated, when one of the employees came to the door. I turned around and they were so nice to take my package and took it with a smile. So thankful to have a friendly neighborhood store to do my shipping business with.

I can't say enough about this UPS Store. I was in the middle of a renovation and needed a window for our bathroom. All of the window companies are at least a 10 week lead time to get any windows. I was able to find someone who had one, except they were in Michigan, and I am in Illinois. The person I was getting the window from couldn't leave the house, so they couldn't ship it to me. This store owner went out of his way to pick up the window from the seller's home, bring it back to his store, then package it up and shipped it to me. Now we will be able to finish our bathroom remodel. I can't tell you how grateful I am for the kindness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism that this UPS Store provided me. This is the way a local business should be run. Thank you so much!!

The people in this UPS store were amazing! They printed me an extra copy of my receipt and were super friendly and helpful. Five stars highly recommend them!
