Hannah has been incredible! I have a hard time trusting with my hair and she has been doing an amazing job. I even brought my little one to her and she was so great. Definitely highly recommend.

I live in the Muskegon area and was hoping to find local vendors for our wedding. The ladies over at Dockside knocked it out of the park. On our wedding day, they worked SO fast and completed hair and makeup for 7 of us girls. Now that being said, I am terrible at make up and could never make myself look the way the girls did! I am still so thankful! The pictures from our wedding turned out amazing. If you are even considering going to Dockside, DO IT.

Best haircut and salon experience I’ve ever had! The staff is so sweet and friendly, the gorgeous girl who got me checked in offered me a glass of ice water, and I got into the chair in no time! Lauren really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I was expecting, I love it! She talked me through what she was doing, asked me genuine questions about my life, and gave me some great hair tips. Overall, it was a great experience and I cannot wait to go back!

Kylee has waxed my legs and brows twice now. She does an amazing job and is able to recommend products that have drastically changed the health and beauty of my skin!

Love this salon! From the first time we went there, we have only had good experiences. I last minute changed salons to use them after a bad trial at another salon three years ago. They did an amazing job getting all our girls hair and makeup done. Since then I've been using them for haircuts and colors and they always do a great job. I have seen multiple different stylists and they always do great. I love their online scheduling! My husband also gets haircuts here and most recently we have begun bringing our 2 year old.

Update: they must have magic. Seriously I have never loved my hair more than after Susana cut it! I can’t wait to go back!
I found my hair home! This place is just wonderful! Susana did such a beautiful job on my hair and it is the perfect combination of professional and friendly. Truly a delightful place to get your hair done! I also got my eyelashes tinted and lifted. Courtney was just a peach and did an amazing job!!! I will be returning here for sure!

Switch to this salon after not feeling satisfied with my old salon and the girls here are so welcoming and kindhearted! They listen to my requests and actually look at my inspo photos of what I want and have made me love getting my hair done again!

Kaytee did an amazing job with my hair cut today. I am always nervous when I have to find a new stylist. She was personable and made me feel comfortable while she worked her magic to give me a superb new cut!!

Best haircut and color I have ever received! Lauren was so kind and my hair looks a million dollars. Going back to get my hair colored. I saw Jenni and she was great, so great she is booked into April. Thank God Lauren is available in December! Well worth the time!

Dockside salon was an amazing experience from beginning, by offering online booking, to end, by allowing the tip to go on my card. Overall great atmosphere and fair prices.
I highly recommend Annie! She fixed my hair that was long overdue for a cut and various faded shades to a beautiful burgundy color perfect for fall. She actually listened to what I wanted for the cut and delivered it.

I got exactly what I wanted for a great price. Everyone was very friendly, with an exceptionally comfortable atmosphere. Many salons are arrogant and snobbish but not this one.
They are easy to find and well worth leaving my local barber for. I watched my stylist, Lauren, work her magic on a woman's hair before my man's hair cut. The woman whose hair she styled was transformed into hair that added immensely to her beauty.
Mine was pretty easy in comparison but Lauren still worked her magic with amazing ease which astounds me. I have gotten so many compliments on the style she chose for me.
I very highly recommend them to everyone with no qualms. I will be a return customer.

Kaytee is a genius when it comes to hair- I highly recommend you talk to her about finding a nice style for yourself! It had been over 20 years since I had a haircut I liked, but Kaytee managed to give me a perfect medium-length style for my hair, which is thin but not balding (I'm also a man). After seeing her three times now, I have extra confidence and I love my hair for the first time in my life, which I never did before. I don't even notice I have thin hair anymore. If she can do this with me, then she can create a masterpiece out of someone with fuller hair lol. And if you're a man who wants a quality haircut, this is where to go.

The prices at this salon too are very reasonable as well, a man's haircut is I think $20 last I saw but honestly I would pay $100 for haircuts of this quality since I can't get them anywhere else, I tried many times with other stylists, they just don't have the talent Kaytee does.

She also listens to what you want with your hair and can give good recommendations so that you get a style perfect for you. That's super important. It's also a pleasure talking to her so it'll be a nice experience when you go see her.

Being new to the area it was nerve racking to find a hair dresser that knows exactly what I wanted and needed. I came in with long straw hairs and copper orange tones, and came a out with gorgeous tones that I never knew my dark hair could do. Mackenzie knows what she’s doing! From the moment I sat down, she was very sweet and just asked what I was looking for. Did her magic, and boom happiness. I highly recommend this place for its ambiance, fun location (across the marina), amazing prices for the services they do, and for beautiful results. Which after getting my hair done for over a decade, varies from hair to hair. I will continue to come here :) thanks Dockside!

Used this beautiful salon for my wedding. They were beyond amazing. They bent over backwards to make sure we all looked perfect! My hair didn’t move the whole night and my makeup was perfect, exactly what I wanted! If I lived closer this would be the salon I went to for all of my services! 💕
