Went in the store with an emergent need for a twin bed mattress top and walked out with a smile. Very helpful, understanding, and fairly priced. Definitely worth doing business there and would recommend them to anyone.

What a nice store. It has a large selection of furniture with several different styles. We have purchased beds and furniture for a home in Muskegon. The quality has been great as well as the delivery service. There's always a friendly knowledge person to help if you like or a tape measure to spare and they'll give you plenty of space to browse. There's never any pressure. I always enjoy checking out the decor as well. There are some pretty pieces at reasonable pricing.

Great experience right from the start!

Sales- Lori took her time with us and listened. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Delivery- the delivery guys were very nice, listened and were respectful. They reminded us of the warranty and reminded us that all we needed to do was to call if we had any problems.

It did take a while to get our furniture (sectional & kitchen table) but it was special ordered.

Always an excellent experience. Again, an excellent piece of furniture. A small end table. Extremely well built. Heavy and made of solid wood. Oak, I believe. Well finished. Price was $149.00, but sold to me for $129.09 since that was the price showing on line. Again, a very fine way to treat a return customer. I will indeed always check out Langlois first. I would urge you to do the same.

I was impressed. The staff are helpful and not pushy. Eric was able to answer my questions and informed me about a great warranty. What impressed me the most was that I had a coupon that wasn't applied on purchase. The cashier noticed and had a new receipt ready for me the next day. So far, I love my furniture.

We have purchased several pieces of furniture from Langlois over the years and have always had good service. All of the staff that we have dealt with have been knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It has been a pleasure to do business with Langlois and we look forward to shopping there in the future.

I wanted a flex steel recliner. They have a nice selection in the store. I was able to find the one I wanted, picked out the fabric and it was ready a week earlier than they told me. Nice people to deal with and they don't follow you around the store when you're shopping. Great experience and the price was cheaper than going out of town.

My budget was firm and I went in to the store without any expectations. I was shopping for a bed for my 12yo son. Becky helped me find a great mattress for a great price. She gave my son attention and was able to help guide our decision based on what we needed. I was able to leave that day with a nice mattress and quality bed frame well within my budget. I was grateful that it was in stock and available immediately. Thank you so much Becky. My son is getting proper sleep and that is important for his continued good health.

I loved shopping at a hometown, locally-owned business! Great customer service every step of the way from helping us choose furniture to delivery! We have shopped at Langlois before and will use them again in the future!

Very nice furniture store and our salesman Eric was not pushy at all. We looked around and then went comparison shopping. When we came back a few days later, Eric was very helpful and we made our purchase. I would definitely recommend this store and Eric if you are looking for new furniture.

We had not planned on receiving our furniture until the first of March. They called us the day it arrived
(Wednesday) and delivered it two days later. We were very pleased with the quality of the materials and workmanship of the furniture. Sales and office staff were very nice to work with. I was interested in the purchase of a couch, but not able to come into the store. My phone contact with sales service Bryan Walker was excellent! He was able to assure me without seeing the couch that I was making a great choice. The ordering, payment and delivery went smoothly.
I made another order a couple days after again requesting Bryan walker...Both pieces are a great addition to my remodel.

Langlois is one of the best furniture stores in West Michigan. Although the prices are some what steep on items, they have dozens of options for any price ranges. I have bought several Amish furniture items from them and I have never been un happy. Dressers, end tables, side tables, bookcases, etc. All from the same Amish maker. Superb quality and excellent craftsmanship. Also two very nice sectional sofas as well.
The best part of Langlois is the staff. If you go there, ask for Eric. He has helped me over the past 18 months in picking my furniture out and has been terrific.

If you are looking for quality furniture at a reasonable price, choose this business. You won't be disappointed one bit!
