Nice little spot to grab a light meal/snack and a coffee. Little loud, but we could still chat. Great sandwiches and muffins!

Quiet, clean place. Chill vibe. Good coffee, good bagel options, fast friendly service. I'm out of town but if I lived here it would definitely be a regular spot.

food is very good! more on the pricey side of places to eat but worth it. atmosphere is pretty and also clean. service is fast and staff is nice, got our food quick with great quality. i got the lincoln tunnel sandwich and it was amazing, the tuna had a different taste than i’ve had, has some tang! also got he strawberry smoothie. although the syrup taste but to much, i mixed it and love the flavor.

The workers are all quite young mostly female basically nice enough.

I love that they have a couple few more unique flavored bagels and a couple few more unique flavored muffins compared to most boring same old flavors elsewhere.

I’m from AL, and whenever my family is in town, we always make sure to stop by and grab Brooklyn Bagels for breakfast, and then some to bring back home. I’m not even a bagel fan, but these are, hands down, the best ones that you will ever put in your mouth!!! And the specialty cream cheese spreads?? Those are just the icing on the cake. Tried an iced chai frappe the last time I visited, and was blown away by that as well - so so yummy. Don’t pass this up if you’re ever near by. BB will continue to be a MI tradition for this Southern girl ☺

Another fantastic coffee shop in the Greater Muskegon area. Love their house decaf blended with Traverse City cherry for my half caf cuppa joe.

Gotdang this is great food. Probably one of the best places I have been too in recent memory. Staff was perky and friendly. They definitely do not skimp out on ingredients. Absolutely check this place out.

Huuuge bagel sandwiches and delicious caramel coffee. This is the second time my husband and I vacationed with family in town and stopped by for some brunch. The portions are definitely generous!

If you are looking for a bagel place that is as much like a real Brooklyn bagel place as you can get, this is it! From lox open-face sandwiches, to many bagel choices, and even a small case of different schmears! They also have Republic of Tea there which I tend to find in a lot of east coast cafes. There are also plenty of coffee choices, but I am definitely more black tea since I am originally from NY metro area.

This place seems like they took inspiration from my favorite Brooklyn bagel chain, Bergen Bagels.

Even if you have never been to a bagel shop in Brooklyn, there is plenty here for you to enjoy.

My only gripe is that these bagel shops are not in GR or even further since they are only local Muskegon-based with 3 locations in the area. I think they would do well in GR and I would be at one very frequently!

Humongous bagel sandwiches and all very unique recipes. Coffee was great too.
Tried the Brooklyn Bomber bagel sandwich with jalapeño cream cheese and Snickers Mocha

The best, sweetest coffee in West Michigan. It's worth the long wait times during the staff shortage. The zebra frappe is the boldest of the chocolate ones. Their chai frappes also have bold flavor. Their dark mocha frappes have the most coffee. The rest of their frappes lack flavor in my opinion. I also recommend their pastries and their jalapeño sausage breakfast sandwich. Warning: it's very spicy!

I got the jalapeno bagel with veggies cream cheese. It was perfectly toasted and cut in half which was great. I ate it like a sandwich. I asked for water...they gave me the world's smallest cup which was disappointing. I figure $5 for a bagel I deserve a taller drink?

Everyone is so friendly, and the place is clean! The coffee is awesome! I had a almond milk latte with 4 shots of espresso, 7 pumps of toffee! Delicious 😋.

Great coffee and food options. The staff is great especially Samantha . She calls many customers by names and provides great customer service .
But the best thing the owner did is change the outside color of the building. Henry street and Brooklyn bagel look so much better. Your building looks great.

Best breakfast in town

Enjoyed a breakfast bomber and blueberry cheesecake muffin. Staff brought it out to our table cut in half -toasty warm. Both were very good. Sandwich was large too. Service was also quick and friendly.

I've only ever had their mocha frappe and the lox but the two times I ordered the same thing, both experiences were amazing. I actually can't wait to order again. 😊

Best bagel sandwiches in the state! Stopped here on our way to the beach dog park for a quick bite before running through sand and waves all day. The bagel sandwiches really hit the spot! I wish I would have taken photos, such a cool vibe in the cafe. We will definitely be back!!!

I love the bagels here! They are big so you feel like you are getting your moneys worth! I always get the breakfast sandwich and have never been disappointed! I’ve been getting the same thing for over 10 years!! I appreciate the consistency!

I have always enjoyed and would highly recommend to anyone, Brooklyn Bagels. The bagels are great the sandwiches are super good and their coffees are pretty darn good too. One should never leave there without trying their cream cheeses. They're always willing to give you samples.
