Brittany is an amazing hygienist! Dr. Brown is wonderful. They were able to get me in right away as I needed to have a pre-op appointment before my knee surgery.

The staff and Dentists are very kind and very helpful. I had 3 filling down and it was painless. And the Dental technicians were also very kind and very knowledgeable in their field. I would recommend Tri County Dental to anyone needing Dental care.

I just started a new job so I didn't have insurance yet, and my tooth been hurting for 2 weeks. other places were too expensive, and this spot was recommended. They were able to take me in with a very little fee and took care of my tooth the same day as well. I'm so thankful for Dr. Don ( i think that was his name if not sorry) and the team over at Tri-Country Dental. Places like this are awesome. I highly recommend this place. The only down fault is that you will be on their Emergency walk-in list and their time are 7:45 and 12:45 you would need to come in at those time only and depending on the day you could wait for a while or so, took me about 45 mins to see them but well worth it. Thanks again everyone at Tri-Country Dental!

Recently (post covid?) the customer service and "bedside manner" has declined immensely. Parents aren't allowed with their children?? Red flag 🚩
My children are well behaved and they are insisting parents NOT stay with their kids is scary and comes off as predatory. I pushed back and was met with rudeness and a policy sheet that states parents "AGREE" to wait out front - and honestly that makes sense in an emergency or when a child is struggling with the parent, or the parent is the distraction. However my kids are always praised on how well they sit (see previous review) and that they cooperate with the dentists and hygienists.
We're sad not to be patients anymore because of this ridiculous rule. Parents, always protect your babies!

My almost 2 year old had an accident Sunday night that resulted in a chipped tooth. He hasn't been sleeping or eating well. After one dentist told us it was hopeless, we visited Tri-County Dental and they not only fixed his tooth, they were so kind and encouraging.

I called yesterday to ask a few questions and they were answered promptly. The receptionist informed me of what they do, and advised me to show up today before 7:30am for emergency walk ins. I was informed of how emergency walk ins work and understood that appointments and priority patients go first. I was honestly just happy to be seen so fast without an appointment. I believe I was third in line for this morning's emergency walk ins so I was in and out in less than three hours. Between the receptionist, the kind woman who did my xrays, and the dentists that worked on my teeth it was probably the best dentist experience I have ever had. Everyone communicated well and I had everything explained to me. The atmosphere was friendly and I felt comfortable being there. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. It really means a lot to have a place like this that I can go to when I am in a lot of pain and need help. Thank you to everyone at that clinic for what you do!

I was able to make an appointment and the availability was great. Today my son went in to get a wisdom tooth pulled and I was very happy with the staff and overall experience.
What I do think needs to be addressed is what I saw happen as we were about to leave! There was a lady that came in late for her appointment due to Mc Donald's and decided to get nasty with the staff. First of all how old are you? Where did your manners go? Why is it the staffs problem that you needed to eat McDonald's over seeing a dentist? And most of all who raised you??? The temper tantrum that I saw a grown woman throw was sickening. Which doesn't help the staff at all! The way I saw the staff handle it was very professional and I feel bad that they have to deal with people like this!
Either way, great place to go, friendly staff, clean, and would recommend to anyone that would make an appointment and show up on time for it!

I came in as a walk in and was seen quite quickly to my surprise which was great for me. I had an extremely painful tooth on my upper left area. The front desk ladies were very informative and friendly. The technicians/students Chris and Josie were friendly and nice and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I am so thankful to them and a huge thank you to Dr.Loren for extracting the stubborn tooth that didnt seem to want to come out lol. Thank you Dr.Loren for your pleasant service and you have a great team back there!

Update: Came in for my second time here also a walk-in and was seen shortly after arriving. The environment is just so friendly and inviting. I had a tooth extracted by one of the student technicians named Aaliyah who did a wonderful job and Landis a dental hygienist who assisted her, they both were very kind and I do appreciate Aaliyah very much for taking good care of me! Dr.Springborn who assigned Aaliyah to me was very nice as well. This is such a great place to go for emergency tooth aches or regular visits in my opinion!

I had extreme pain and needed 2 teeth pulled. I am terrified of the dentist but the staff at tri County Dental made me feel so much better. They were so kind and compassionate. They took great care of me and got me feeling so much better. I cant remember her name for sure but I think it was something like Dr. Claire she was awesome and so so very nice and also the oral surgeon he was so great too! I could go on and on but they do a great job and I couldn't be happier with the care I received! They are very much appreciated for all they do! 😊

Went there for the first time yesterday with an extremely damaged tooth. Was called back right away. The staff was very pleasant and thorough. Explained everything from start to finish. 24 hrs after extraction and I feel like a million bucks. Thank you

They were extremely nice and kind. I was unaware that they only did emergency dental for adult's but they were very professional and used really high quality equipment. They look at the area in pain and fix that particular area. 10/10. Would go again.

Don't be scared. It's not too bad.

They might be a little uneducated about your medical regimen so be prepared to explain yourself.

Best staff ever! I was seen within ~25 minutes of walking in. X-ray was finished in about 3 minutes. What stood out in the experience was Kris Alpers and Lindsey Collins. Kris answered all of my questions with a very professional attitude. He made sure I did not feel any pain other than the lidocaine injections. All I felt was a little pinch. He did a very thorough check after the injections to make sure that the area was completely numb before proceeding with the tooth extraction. What stood out was that he extracted both teeth in only about 10 minutes! Lindsey Collins did a superb job with the suction straw also, always using just the right amount of water and suction. I have had multiple teeth pulled before and this team of professionals are a well oiled tooth pulling machine!

Best dental service I have had. Assistant was super helpful and nice, and the dentists were very good at their job. Had 2 wisdom taken out within 30 minutes. I was numb the whole time and felt no discomfort.

My daughter had her first dental appointment today with tricounty and was scared to say the least. Jodi, i bekieve her name was took the extra time to show my daughter all thr tools they used and walked her through the process of what they would be doing. The extra time they took and thd patience and good attitude meant the world to us. Doctor Mack was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and talked to my daughter and addressed her and answered her questions and ours. This was such a positive experience and we look forward to coming back. Thank you all.

I had to have 7 teeth emergency E. They remover 2 teeth in one day than sent me home for a couple days than brought me back in for the rest. They were all super great the pulling of itself was quick and they made sure I was numb the whole time they communicated with me and ensured I was all set. Excellent service.

Everyone is always so kind and caring. They go above and beyond with their paitents. I was there yesterday and they closed right after I left. I was waiting for my ride and one of the receptionists who was pulling out to leave waited with me until my ride came. I would definitely recommend going here!

Very kind and helpful. Professional. A breath of fresh air in the hell-scape that is American healthcare. It's kinda like this place shows us how the entire healthcare system should be in the US, instead of crippling people with debt and expenses. This place literally saved my life for a 20 dollar co-pay.

The staff were skilled and friendly. My extraction was nearly painless and I would recommend them to anyone who needs emergency work done or has children that need dental care.

Really wonderful experience. From the person at the front desk to the professional and pleasant woman who took x-rays to the person diagnosing. Just top shelf. Thank you very much Tri-County Community Dental.

best ever I was a walk in with severe infection I was actually sent over to them from partnership for the infected teeth cause partnership could not get me in any sooner I got there at 7:30 am on a Friday I was taken back by 8:15 am I had 11 teeth pulled that were all broken off at the gum line from years of fighting they were so nice and non judgmental and they made me very comfortable matter of fact they did such a great job I had almost no pain even after the numbing stuff wore off I had no pain at all the only issue I had at all was I developed an ulcer in the cheek which was like a canker sore it was quite annoying I called and they said if it gets too bad or hurts too much too just come in and they would treat it with silver nitrate and cauterize it so they went above and beyond to help me I really do appreciate it too thank you very much tri county dental sincerely James Erickson

Had my second visit today, my first was by appointment but the second was a walk in, had a great experience both times, idk why people keep giving them bad reviews the staff are great, everyone is super nice, yes sometimes you have to wait a little bit, but they are trying there best and the oral surgeon and staff was great both times so i have zero complaints.
