AT&T Store

I needed a phone upgrade and some other questions answered regarding billing and account information. Riley was incredibly helpful and made the whole process incredibly easy. He answered all of my questions, set up my new phone, and got me a great deal! Riley was super knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I'll definitely recommend this location to anyone needing assistance.

I came in for what I thought would be a simple 5 minute matter, and it turned into an hour long ordeal calling multiple people, managers, and various departments. Rob was amazing and patient through the whole thing. This is the kind of support you hear used to happen and can't find anymore. It still exists at this store!!

Stopped in at this location due to an issue with my daughters phone. Rob knew exactly what the issue was and went above and beyond to help us. Its very evident he takes pride in providing excellent customer service. AT&T is lucky to have him!

Tooele store is the best!! Rob went through everything I needed with my upgrade and plan and was courteous and friendly and in every way above and beyond. Don’t miss dealing with this man and this store.

I was having issues with my Samsung watch that I had just bought. Rob went above and beyond to help me to replace the watch. I gave five stars for the excellent service. The jury is still out on the Samsung 6 watch. Thanks Rob.

Pretty cool and knowledge bunch of individuals. I visited twice.
To sign a family member under my phone line and they explained future billing in layman’s terms for us.
Second time with an issue and they pointed me in the right direction to get it fixed. Highly satisfied with my visits and will continue to shop with this store during my time in the area.

I've been with AT&T forever and finally convinced my fiance to switch over. We had such good conversations with the employees I'm actually bummed we won't be back in the store until upgrade time. Rob and Riley were 2 of them.

The store was in the middle of a rush of people, but I needed help with my phone, so I took a seat at one of the many tables provided.
My sales rep, Tommy, was well worth the wait! He gave me all the necessary information I needed to find a replacement phone, plan, accessories, etc. The most amazing thing was he was able to get everything from my old phone transferred to my new phone!

We have continued to do business with Tooele AT and T store because of their great service! I have never had to wait long to be helped and the guys are always courteous and helpful. My last visit to purchase a new phone was no different. I was met with within minutes, the service was excellent and he answered all of our questions and took the extra time to give us some pointers about the new phone. I highly recommend their store!

I haven’t been to an AT&T store in years. Kaeden and Conner have been the biggest help! My wife and I have been doing tons of research on what phone we wanted to get. They made the process super simple and made sure that we were taken care of!

I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Conner & Kaeden exceeded my expectations. Conner recovered everything from my old phone to my new. They took the time and patience with me i needed. These two young men are exceptional in everything they do. I truly appreciate their time but more important I enjoyed my experience. I highly recommend them both for all your phone needs!
