New Balance Factory Store Birch Run

I found the perfect shoes for my kiddo at the New Balance outlet in the Birch Run mall. Not very many shoe stores carry wide or extra wide sizes for kids, but this place does! They have a decent selection of shoes for all ages as well as clearance. Workers were very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Recommend.

Good, clean store packed full with a good inventory of shoes. If they don't have it, they'll order it for you. Helpful employees.

I picked up two pairs of shoes at 40% off. A very busy place. Staff was very helpful. If you need help you can't be bashful you may need to grab someone when they finish up with another customer. With such great deals there isn't a lack for customers needing assistance. They were well staffed, just extremely busy and hustling to keep up.

Nice store. They have a great selection of New Balance shoes of all styles. From running to walking to cross trainers and hiking. Everything you can imagine they have it. They have been have a selection of New Balance wear. Sweat jackets, t shirts, shirts and running pants and socks. The store is spacious and everything is organized and we'll marked in order to find things easily. The staff is helpful and friendly. Prices are very reasonable as well.

I want to tell everyone to steer clear of this place, terrible shoes and high prices....but the honest person in me knows this is just wrong. I love new balance running shoes, light and low drop...I buy em up when I find a good deal. This place is a hidden gem. Huge selection, great prices, wide selection of shoes, some apparel and accessories. You can thank me by grabbing an extra pair and sending them my way. I know retail shopping centers are dying...it's places like this that I will miss. Deals deals deals...and to make it better they always have a sale on their already great prices. Drop by the visitor center at the mall for additional coupons.

The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting me to find the exact shoe I was looking for. I highly recommend new balance for walking as they're a few of the most comfortable shoes I own.

I'm a size 14, and they had several options available. Also had a lot of children's shoes to choose from, which made my kids happy.
