We recently had our roof replaced by Home Pro Roofing. We had a great experience from start to finish with communication, execution and end result. Tim’s approach to the estimate and talking through what to expect at the start was great and throughout the process. We had a more complicated roof that included a flat roof transition. He was great at answering questions, educating and giving options. He went above and framed out a door to make it a window to prevent future water damage. The crew was efficient and meticulous in cleaning up. Very satisfied with our experience.

I recently had my roof replaced with Home Pro Roofing due to the hail storm of September 2021. All I can say is WOW - from start to finish Tim and crew were amazing. Working with Ryan at Home Pro Roofing was an excellent experience from start to finish. Ryan exceeded all expectations. After having a sever hail storm roll through, I called Ryan based on his reviews. He responded and came to check out my roof promptly and told me that he saw inconclusive damage, and asked that I wait to call the insurance company until we had a couple of hard rain storms and some direct sunlight which would help elucidate the presence of damage. After a few weeks and a couple of rainstorms, Ryan came back out and told me that the insurance company would pay to replace my roof. He was 100% correct. He met with the adjuster and they inspected the damage together concluding that I needed a replacement roof and gutters. Ryan then walked me through all of the options and helped me make the right decision for our home. When they came out to replace the roof, it was off and on in 1 day. There were hardly any nails left on the ground, and the cleanup was stellar. The team worked efficiently for over 14 hours even though it was one of the hottest days of the year. 3 days later another major storm hit, and even though some of my neighbor's lost rows of shingles, my new roof held sound! Home Pro subcontracted the gutter installation to another local company. The only issue that I had with the gutter installation is that I found a couple dozen screws that they used laying on the ground over the subsequent months. One of these gutter screws ended up puncturing my motorcycle tire about 2 months after the work had been finished. Ryan apologized and offered to cover the tire 100% and pay for a replacement, even though it was really the gutter company's fault. This is what I believe differentiates Home Pro from any other company that I have ever worked with. They surpassed all expectations and earned a 5 star review. Home Pro did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Tim was very attentive, and answered all of our questions/concerns. The crew was quick and very clean. Jeff did an excellent job of describing their product without using high pressure salesmanship, a turn off for my wife and I. He made suggestions and left the decision to us. The work crew showed up on time and worked hard the whole day. The crew worked as a team and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. They did an excellent job of protecting our property and cleaned up well afterwards. Our philosophy of buying local has been proven again.

He gave a great inspection of my old roof and showed me concerning areas. Job was scheduled quickly and he was very communicative through each step of process. They were very aware of weather and choose not to work if anything could be damaged. They protected windows, shrubs and made sure nothing made it into our pool. Each day, the guys meticulously cleaned up. My roof looks amazing. As a small business owner too, I know why these guys have such incredible reviews. The kicker…my next door neighbor is a roofer, and Tim made me feel more comfortable in our hour initial visit than my neighbor has the last four years. Thank you again. Tim and his team are awesome, my husband and I are super impressed with Tim and how how honest and straightforward he is, we absolutely love our roof and we are also impressed with how quickly they finished the roof. We had another “big but local” company give us an estimate and they wanted to charge us DOUBLE what Tim gave us an estimate for. For the price and the quality work they are definitely worth it. I found Tim to be very easy to work with. When he came to do an estimate, he walked me through the roof and gutter installation methods and options in a thorough manner without pressuring me for a decision. He easily answered all my questions and gave me opinions on what was most appropriate for our particular roofing project. We found the quote to be very reasonable and we felt it was a really good value for the work being done. Once we arrived at our decision, Home Pro was able to work us into their project schedule within two weeks; much earlier than we had anticipated.

The work crew was efficient and took time to talk to me when I had some questions early in the process. They were careful to clean up around the house as the project went along and completed the entire project in a timely manner. The roof looks great and we were very pleased with the finished project.

We had new roofing installed on our home in the Spring of 2018. Their estimate was very favorable compared to the ones offered by four other companies. All the materials utilized, namely, Owens Corning, were high quality. The roofing crew were very efficient in their removal of the old roofing & their installing of the new. Clean up afterwards was very good. We received many compliments regarding the appearance of new roof & its enhancement to our home.

We had just purchased a home in January and needed some estimates for roof repair vs replacement. Unknown to us, our timing wasn't great because there had just been a hailstorm in the local area and everyone doing roofing was in extreme demand.

After contacting 4 businesses, Ryan was the only one who picked up the phone on the first call. He was the only one who was willing to look at my roof to evaluate repair vs .replacement for no charge (others would only estimate on a replacement.) He was the only one to do that estimate work himself, and he was the only one to explain in detail what he found and his concern about one particular area wearing through to the board below imminently. He came out on a weekend, at no charge to patch that spot before we had even agreed to go with his estimate because he didn't want larger damage to occur. He was extremely busy like everyone else, but he made me, his customer a priority and followed up consistently even if it was at between 8pm and 9pm at night.

Home Pro Roofing is an Owens Corning preferred contractor so this means a great warranty, and I like that they also recycle old shingles because hey, we've only got 1 planet. Bonus, his estimate was better than the others I received. The work they did was phenomenal, the new roof looks great, and the yard was spotless afterward. Thank you for the excellent communication and treating my roof like your roof. I would give 6 stars if I could.

After a major hailstorm, I looked up local roofing companies to assess our roof. I came across Home Pro Roofing; they had a great rating, so I figured I'd give them a call. Fast fwd 2 months later, we have a beautiful new roof without any issues. Now I can see why they had such a great rating...If I could, I would have rated them 6 stars!

We worked directly with Tim. He came out (always very punctual) several times to assess the damage, meet with the insurance adjusters, picked out colors/materials and checked-in several times during installation. if something to the plan changed, Tim would proactively call or text us. Such great customer service!

We had zero issues with installation; The crew always showed up early and work all-day (literally until they ran out of daylight). They knew we had dogs, so they triple checked for any loose nails and/or debris. Very respectful crew and very hard working with such great work ethic!

We had recent storm damage and needed a new roof. We decided to get new gutters and leaf guards as well as the new roof. We found Home Pro Roofing after researching the google reviews. What everyone has said is true. Tim was always quick to respond to our questions and helped us when dealing with our insurance company.
The crew arrived early and finished mid afternoon. They laid down many tarps to catch the nails and debris. They were extremely thorough picking up anything that may have fallen into the landscape or grass. We felt they were competitively priced, and the warranty was good. They also offer financing if that appeals to you. Great job, Tim and crew!! Would definitely recommend!

A huge thank you to Jeff who worked with us to make sure we made a color choice we really love. And his install team was just spectacular. Our roof was completely done, start to finish, in 7 hrs. And not a single trace of them being there. They even greeted us in the morning when they got there. Very nice crew that does exceptional work. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I'm very happy (again) with the work I had done. I had the roof on our house done 11 years ago and was very pleased. So I went with Home Pro again, this time to have our garage roof redone. Jeff did a great job running the job and working on correcting some less than stellar underlayment that was from when an addition was added to the garage.
I had taken the day off to work on some other projects and briefly took a break on the tailgate of my truck to watch the crew work. What a team! No wasted movement, everyone had their roles, and it was a joy to watch the guys do their thing.
Definitely will be recommending Home Pro to anyone that needs roof work. They do it right!

Ryan’s company came highly recommended to us. He was true to his word, responded in a very timely manner to our questions and needs. Prices was very competitive and when the date was set to do the job, his crew arrived at the designated time (7:00am) and worked non stop until 5:15 when the job was complete. Clean up was phenomenal! There were no nails, staples or any sign of the old roofing in our driveway, lawn or landscaping. Ryan arrived mid day to inspect the progress and found that the job was being done as planned. Overall any roofing needs we may need in the future, Home Pro Roofing will certainly be our choice. We spent months looking into different options for replacing our 19-year-old roof.
