My family (7yo+) has been going here since the year they opened, 2008. We could not have chosen a better dental office! This team is top notch, is considerate, compassionate, friendly, attentive and extremely informative yet not pushy for additional services. Lisa, the dental hygienists/assistants and Dr. Veronica Tovar are all professional, organized and kind to their patients and to each other. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did!

Modern facilities and techniques I had not experienced anywhere else. The hygienist Erica was kind, gentle and thorough. The doctor Veronica was patient, empathetic and explained things thoroughly. For the first time in a long time, I did not feel like just another insurance card number.

Best dentist I've ever had in my 51 yrs of life. Careful, caring, capable, conscientious...Tovar and her staff are awesome. My 5th grader used to be terrified of the dentist, but now he doesn't mind because "they're so nice." One complaint: they're so awesome, appointments are out more than 3 months. Don't expect that cavity do get filled next week. But if you're in pain, they always find a way to get you in fast. Highly recommended!

I believe Dr. Tovar is the most technically skilled, honest, and open dentist I've ever had treat me. I've been going to Dr. Tovar since 2009 for regular cleanings and checkups, occasional fillings, and a root canal and crown. The cleanings are the most thorough cleanings I've ever received. Yes, they probably take longer than the typical cleaning you've received elsewhere, but they are pleasant and you definitely get your money's worth. I recently needed emergency treatment due to a broken tooth, and Dr. Tovar was able to promptly work me into her schedule. After 45 minutes in the chair, I was good as new.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist. From the time I stepped foot in the door till the time I left Dr. Tovar and her staff set me at ease and made me feel like family. The Hygentist Dana was very gentle but thorough when doing my cleaning. Doctor Tovar came in, looked over my pictures and examined my teeth. She as well is very gentle and explained what she was seeing to me in a very clear and understandable way. She made sure that all of my questions were answered before I left. I did have a few cavaties and had to schedule them for filling. When I came back I again was fearful because I do not like needles. Again Dr. Tovar set me at ease. Never before has any dentist administered a shot to me with out me feeling it. She was the first. She again explained everything she was doing and made sure I was completely comfortable. I recommend her and her staff to anyone I meet that is looking for a dentist. You will see others claim to be the best but if you truly want a great dentist then you need to see Dr. Tovar.

I have not been to the dentist in a very very long time. I am embarrassed at the current state of my teeth and avoided going for this reason. When I sat in the chair I was nervous but the hygienist was great (wish I could remember her name, sorry) she was gentle as she could be when doing the exams. Dr Tovar and her staff never once made me feel ashamed or scolded me for my teeth. Their main concern is my comfort and getting my mouth healthy again. We skipped the cleaning so I can come back and be numbed for it. Wonderful staff and will absolutely recommend to anyone who asks about a dentist. AMAZING!!!!!

When my dentist was out of town for an unfortunate weekend dental emergency, Dr. Tovar and her assistant, Angie, made time to get me in on a Saturday. But that isn’t where the excellence stops. Patient, kind; understanding, and perceptive as to the needs of her patient only begins to describe my experience. As someone with anxiety and panic disorder, and an irrational fear of dentists, Dr. Tovar took care of a painful problem, on her day off, while also able to understand my unique needs. I will be forever grateful to her and her assistant for providing me much needed relief and ending my suffering. I highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. My hygienist, Erin, was very caring, very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. She took the time to make sure I really understood everything and answered all of my questions. Will be recommending to all of my friends.

I've never met a dentist who was so empathetic. Her main concern is always my well being. She has a unique 10,000ft ceiling approach to treatment. Very thorough at helping me understand the long term of what's happening with my mouth.

Dr. Tovar and her team are excellent at what they do and you feel a sense of teamwork focused on you and your patient experience. I appreciate the one on one time to discuss any concerns I may have with Dr. Tovar or if no concerns, time to connect and share life’s joy. Dr. Tovar incorporates the most up to date technology in her office and places value on continued staff educational development.

I've always had negative experiences with dentists. So much so that I'd avoid going for years at a time. When looking for a new dentist when my family relocated to the fox valley I did some research on my dental insurance website. Dr. Tovar was the highest rated on their website and practiced sedation dentistry which was a must for me at this point. I had several cavities filled, wisdom teeth removed and a crown put in. I've had nothing but an amazing experience and I will keep going back for services.

They always make me comfortable and are very friendly. They make going to the dentist fun again. I would recommend them to anyone, I can hardly wait to get another cavity. LOL. Thank you for being a great dentist.

Dr. Tovar and her staff have been so great for our family. We really appreciate the entire staff and the way they treat our individual situations. Dr. Tovar is so calm and relaxed, and we appreciate that! Our family has had such a wonderful experience with everyone.

I missed my cleaning in March due to Covid, called to reschedule and they got me in within 2 weeks! Had MacKenzie for the cleaning and she did a fabulous job and was great company. Been coming to this place for years and really enjoy that everyone remembers details about me and my life, makes it a fun and personable experience every time!

Following braces, my daughter still needed extensive dental work to perfect her smile. Dr. Tovar is skilled not only with hygiene and tooth care but crowns and implants, too! She gave my teenager a beautiful smile, inside and out.

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been to a few dentists and none of them offered the information that Dr. Tovar and her assistants did! I'm so glad she is in this profession!!

This was my first visit at Dr. Veronica Tovar, D.D.S. I had a very good experience from checking in, getting my teeth cleaned and meeting with Dr. Tovar. Everyone was polite and friendly and the lady cleaning my teeth was very gentle too.

Always a friendly staff and punctual. I personally drive 45 minutes to go see Dr.Tovar and her staff. I would rather travel and know my family and I are receiving great treatment than settle for someone closer.

This was a great experience. I called as a new patient in a lot of pain and they got me in the same day. Everyone was very nice and accommodating! I will be a continuing patient.
