I really appreciate the staff's williness to ask what they could help me with practically when I get in the door. They seem to have enough staff to handle the customers in the store. They go out of their way to make you feel you are their favorite customer. Their knowledge of the products and the repairs needed is impressive. Of all my times at the Brainerd store, I have never been unsatified or leaving without what I came for or... their advice where I could get it (if they don't). Staff is so friendly and your best asset.

My wife's 2017 Encore had no battery power when she attempted to start it when shopping. I jump started it and took it to our local store. Alex, of the Brainerd MN store, promptly tested her battery (tested as fail) installed a new one, ensuring that power was supplied to electronics in her vehicle while battery was removed. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great service from a very nice and polite young man!

Thanks sooooooooooo much for the BEST customer service experience I've had in years. EVERYONE in the store was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful - it was treat to be in the store. I got exactly what I needed very quickly. My sincere compliments to the entire staff.

As a former employee of this particular location I am prone to tell you that the quality of service here is phenomenal from a owner and his employees you will receive the best quality service and they really know their knowledge too, this is definitely the place to go to if you want your batteries properly tested or your alternator or if you are in the market for high quality lights for your home or vehicle. I purchased a vehicle battery for my winter vehicle and received an excellent price and high quality service.

My iPhone wouldn’t charge. I thought I needed to replace the charging port. I tied cleaning it with compressed air with no luck. They spent five minutes using their tools and cleaned out the port. I offered to pay and he said it was free! Awesome service!!

I was referred to BatteriesPlus in Brainerd by Samsung as a certified local service facility. The gentlemen quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and gave me a lead time for it. They called when the part arrived (earlier than expected) and had me back in business in less than an hour. While waiting, I saw these technicians doing work that was probably way above their pay scale. These people seem to enjoy their job and each other, and I consider them to be a great resource.

My IPhone battery was bad, the phone would drain it so quickly. Instead of going to the Apple Store I chose to go to Battery Plus to have them install a new battery for me. I didn't want to deal with Apple store trying to convinced me to get a new phone or having to have my phone sent out for 3-5 business days. I made an appointment with Batteries Plus for next day and within 30 minutes it was completed. Thank you!

Awesome Experience, ordered a battery online on Sunday afternoon and received an email Monday mid morning that my order was ready for pickup. The replacement snowmobile battery was full charged, ready to go and works great!

The people at this location were very, very helpful and pleasant to work with. They fixed my phone and I found an awesome flashlight, NEBO SLYDEKING. Who new shopping in a Batteries PLUS Bulbs could be so fun.

I'd ordered online, and received a confirmation to head to the store for battery installation within 15 ,minutes. When I arrived, the tech first checked my battery to see if it really did need replacing (at 44% it did). He then plugged into my OBD port to keep my electronics energized, otherwise I'd lose my radio pre-sets and would have to have the fuel system computer or, in some cases, have the Transmission Control Module reprogrammed. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Kind and polite workers. We needed a second phone screen since the first one didn't work correctly. They replaced it again quickly. Now the phone works correctly. Great service.

the staff is always there to help me with our needs at Brainerd Floral, I call, read them the numbers, ask price and come over for the item. Will did her iPhone battery yesterday and we did a van battery Feb 5 or 6 and boat batteries this fall.

My fiance was told by the Toyota dealership that if she wanted her remote unlock key fob to work it would be an exhorbitant amount, she was disappointed and decided not to spring for the convenience. These guys took a few minutes out of their day to prove the dealership wrong and replace the battery in her keyfob for the small cost of the battery, thank you!

They were taking care of my order within minutes of placing my order on line. They contacted me letting me know my item was not in stock and they were ordering it today. Which I would have been surprised if they would have had it in stock considering it is a laptop battery.

Online order was easy and I was able to pick up my new batteries the next day which took a whole 10 minutes from arrival to leaving, quick easy and a good price, cant ask for much more.

Very experienced group of guys seem to be very knowledgeable In all areas of their store and products. I like to browse the store you never know what you might find go see these guys you wont regret even if you dont buy anything

The remote control for my Hunter fan (at the ridge pole of my living room) stopped working on 11/1. When I opened it to check the battery, I noticed one of the wires to 9V battery harness had broken off.
"No problem," I thought, "I'll just get another remote from Hunter Fan." I have neither the tools nor the skill to re-solder the wire to the connector.
After lengthy conversation with 2 different techs at Hunter, they said that no remote, even a universal one, was available. They would gladly sell me a new fan at a 35% discount. That won't even cover the trip charge for an electrician to install the dang thing for me.
In desperation, I took the remote to Store 035 in Brainerd, MN. Jon took one look at it and asked if I could wait a few minutes so he could replace the battery harness. A few minutes later and less than $10, my remote and the fan are working again.
