Three Bear Waterpark

The size was perfect for my 3 and 6 year grandkids!! Price to enter was included in the room cost. The pa5k was not overly crowded. We all had a great time. Adults and kids

Delightful water park with a tube slide, two waterslides, a play structure with giant dump bucket, lazy river, play pool, hot tub, adult Jacuzzi, laser tag, arcade, and bar/food. Hotel rooms are great with a separate space for two twin beds. Staff is nice and cares about quality work.

Fun for the kids and hot tub and We're all pool was good for us old folks. Super quiet outstanding breakfast and good game room. All for a good price.

Lots of kid fun and a lazy river for adults too. Good way to wear out the kids there is lots of climbing and splash pads for them that you can watch and not get wet too.

Our stay was incredible! You can even enter the pool while you wait for check-in! The complimentary breakfast, was delicious! Warm cinnamon rolls included! The staff that works in the Waterpark were great! Two workers played with my daughter for hours making her feel very special. Everytime we needed somthing from the front desk- they were on it! It's fun for the whole family to enjoy- we will definitely be back!

Great place to bring your family. There are plenty of things to do to keep your kids busy. Relaxing and fun for me as a parent. Two hot tubs, which is nice for parents and adults only.

This is a very nice Waterpark. It has 2 larger slides, one you ride down on a tube. They have life jackets for little kids, a lazy river, and an adventure for little kids. There is also an arcade, and Lazer tag available for extra cost. They have an adult only hot tub, which is nice if you don't want kids splashing all around, and another hot tub for any age. They also have a concession stand to buy food, like burgers and pizza. We have come here many times and will probably come back many times. Highly recommend it.

To the young man that started set up my three kids and I on laser tag today, hats off to you sir. You’re going to make a great father one day! We had so much fun!

We had a great time! The water park & laser tag was so fun.
My only complaints would be that they're aren't enough tubes when its busy - and some of the arcades games would break down while playing. They refunded us for lost games no problem though!

Very fun place for the whole family!! Can spend all day here. Love that they allow day passes. It was a lot cheaper than we thought. Very nice and clean. Staff is friendly. The waterslides are HUGE! Stuff for bigger kids to do and little kids. Big bucket dumps water and all the kids run under it. So cute!!

Went for Lazer tag on Father's day, was super fun and everyone enjoyed the experience. Will definitely go again.

Just visiting the water park this trip. Very clean indoor water park and friendly staff. Towels were clean and fresh to use. Bar/food area was good and staff was professional. Visiting from out of state. Very grateful to the person/staff who found my kids retainer and didn’t throw it out. When I called the man who picked the phone at the front desk was professional and was able to locate it. Save this mama a lot of money!

It was actually pretty awesome!! We were there from 9am to 2pm, and could have stayed longer. It has a little bit of everything for kids and adults and the water is warm!! They also have an arcade too!! Definitely worth going and I recommend it.

Seems a little strange to find a water park in a Holiday Inn Express but that is what this is. Lazy river, couple of slides, big pool with hoops, and kids play structure. Plus hot tubs. Water park is a little dated but it looked like they maybe were starting some projects. Otherwise, the room was clean, the staff very friendly, and prices were very reasonable. The free breakfast offered a lot in terms of selection and they were doing a good job keeping it stocked. Arcade was a little underwhelming (not much and lot of machines out of order) but I wasn't staying there for that. Overall, highly recommend this hotel and if I make it back to Brainerd, this is where we will be staying.

My kids and us adults had a lot of fun.

We recently (1/12/23) went to Three Bears as part of a homeschool group outing. We had an absolute blast and a big part of that was the young man running the waterslide. He made it so much more fun by giving a boost to everyone going down with a tube, and he seemed to truly be enjoying what he was doing. At one point my son and I wanted to race down the slides, and this worker knew exactly how to time us so that we'd come out at the ends at the same time. I don't know the name of that employee, but I would like to say thank you to him for doing a great job and making our day at the waterpark extra fun!

A 5 star stay! We came in June 2022...in a bunk bed suite. Our 6 year Olds loved the bunk beds. The queen bed wasn't the most comfortable, but fine.

The waterpark was excellent! Water did not get above 4' so you could feel comfortable with your kids running around. Waterslides were great! Very fast and fun! Life jackets are provided for use. Our 6 year Olds enjoyed all of the slides- as did the adults!

The complimentary breakfast was very very good, for a hotel breakfast. Bacon, Sausage, eggs, bagels, yogurt, and much more.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Stay here!
