Walmart Supercenter

I'm a truck driver and car camper. I've lived out of Walmart for over 10 years for almost all my needs. (Including overnight parking)
This walmart appeared clean, and the employees, as far as I could tell, seemed to keep busy stocking shelves. I had 2 ask me if I needed anything while I was walking around.
This one doesn't seem especially large, but it has an adequate food section. Automotive is quite large compared to other stores. Sporting goods is extensive compared to other walmarts, and it brought back memories to see firearms for sale here.
I'm staying the night here car camping. The parking lot is enormous with servings of the lot segregated from the main lot. PERFECT!!
While other people have complained about the lot, it seems like it has been serviced.
I've been all over the country, and many walmarts don't allow overnight parking. I get the reason why, but people like me spend close to 7-10k a year with this company. That should at least buy me an overnight parking spot in a pinch. 😆Many places have become unfriendly towards trucks, which is a shame because these companies wouldn't even have a business if it wasn't for trucks.

This Walmart is like most others however the geographical location does make a difference. They sell a lot of canoes here apparently because they are stacked outside where we are from there's not much water so we don't have that. Also apparently in Minnesota they sell alcohol separate from the stores so if you want beer or anything they have a small store next to it to buy that. Wish there is no shortage of liquor stores in the Brainerd, Baxter area.

I went to the auto shop to change my oil and steering power fluid and they said the exactly the price that they were going to charge me. The gentleman were very kind and considerate. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone ☺ thank you guys again!

Excellent store.. this is one of the best walmarts stores around! Great service great selection and super friendly helpful staff, the store is always clean and fully stocked with everything you need

Nice, clean & spacious store. All stores should be like that with the same layout as well. That way a customer could go to any Walmart and know where to go for items.

Good prices and has a lot of the items that I need, even more unique food choices that I'm looking for. My interactions with staff has always been pleasant and helpful. Overall the store is tidy and easy to find things.
Update: lately the app has been showing products, specifically grocery, as available in store when they are not. So, be aware that the app is not always accurate. But, if they do not have the specific item I'm looking for, they always have a decent substitution.
Update: I used their photo kiosk, which I haven't used in years, and it was a very good experience! I needed less than a dozen photos printed instantly and the process was quite easy. The printer did run out of paper part way through, but the Associate was quick to replace it and then it only took about 2 more minutes for the rest of my photos to print. Very happy and will be using again!
Update: did some quick shopping tonight and was able to get everything on our list. I expecially like the Walmart brand bagged salads.
Update: I notice lately the main aisles have been less crowded with pallets of items and it has made a HUGE difference when navigating through the smaller aisles. I really hope they keep it that way, so shopping doesn't feel like bumper cars anymore. I like being able to see if someone is heading towards me. Being a shorter person it is difficult to see over those giant displays.
Update 12/19/23: It seems like Walmart has made more room in the aisles and not so many large displays in the aisles like there have been in the past. While there are some displays for Christmas, it doesn't seem as large, and overwhelming as before. I appreciate the extra space they are giving shoppers! Especially at this time of year when it's so busy in the store!

Had what I needed!

Clean store & friendly employees. Rarely out of stock on the items I usually purchase. Their produce section is fresh and has great variety. Deli and bakery have a lot of good things to enjoy. I love the self checkout lanes!

Easy to find parking,products and excellent customer service,great prices in today's inflation.

Review for bakery only. Best cupcakes and cake for graduation! The ladies are accommodating and friendly. Best ordering experience I've had for a party.

What an awesome walmart. One of my favorites. I mean they have a very thing even in an adjacent room there's a wine and liquor store with a great selection.

I went in 30 minutes before close and had dropped $80 in loose cash. Thankfully an employee working found it. Highly appreciate it.

I found everything I wanted and it's just a little bit bigger than what suits me normally. But I could get used to having a big store that way.
