I just LOVE this place and the guys who run it... Always help me. Gives Great suggestions. Always have what I need. Never a gimmick or a running around game. To the point. I get almost all my hardware needs plus here. Really like the bins of clearance items. Along with how honest these men are. Don't make you feel stupid. Or degrading in anyway. Get keys made here as well. Cars, home, certain PO Boxes. Prices are reasonable..

Place like no other. I drive a longer distance just to go here.
Well...my unintended stop ended up being a complete and utter delight.
After deciding to look for materials for the final stages of a couple of projects, I was greeting by Paul, an Ace Hardware associate. He was by far the most friendly, professional and informational worker I have ever interacted with.
I am not only comparing Carsens Ace Hardware to other Ace Hardware locations but also to local and national competitors.
Associates will go above and beyond to make sure you find what you need. Bonus about this place is that the workers know what they are talking about and can actually answer questions.
I would highly recommend this business to any man or woman of any skill level and/or need.
My return will be very soon.

Dave was a tremendous help to me! If you want to get help with a project... go to this hardware store. I can never get help from the big box hardware stores. But you can from an Ace hardware! Highly recommend

I’ve never had anything other than extremely positive experiences at Carstens Hardware.
All of the staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
I even buy my basic supplies here. I don’t have to go to the bigger cities for a big box store at all. And the prices are really competitive, even though people assume that the big box store would be a better deal.

The rental dept. really got me out of a jam this weekend after another rental place had a major mix up. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I have a new go-to for my rental needs!

Went in for a light bulb. Had a wonderful guy helping me. He was more then informative on what direction I needed to go for a bulb. A simple bulb. But the experience and service was above an beyond.

I can't recommend Carstens Ace Hardware enough. Anytime I need tooling or hardware/materials, this is the first place I head too. The staff are all super friendly and you can count on getting solid advice for nearly any issue. The service doesn't stop there though. Brent and Scott went out of their way to lend me their expertise to help me replace some pressed in bearings. This saved me over $200 dollars. Having this resource minutes away is a boon to our community.

The fan motor failed in our bathroom exhaust. Checked all the big box stores and they only carried the entire unit. Carstens had the fan motor and wheel on stock for only $24. I was also able to pick up several other items I needed. I did have someone come up and help me find one item.

First time being in here. It was amazing. The staff was helping everyone. Being new to the store, I didn't know where to look. Just came here for air in a can and one of the staff members lead me right to it. I will be coming back. Great staff and store!
