Probably the best Walgreens experience I have ever had!

Has the pleasure of receiving beyond exceptional customer service from three specific associates this evening -

Brought my three kids to get their flu shot. It was a busy Wednesday evening, line is down to the photo center. Despite the 15 minute wait then another 30 minute to see the pharmacist, the staff there was friendly and professional. No one a rude and annouyed tone and greeted customers with a smile.

My biggest thanks is to Ann, pharmacist. My 8 year old kicked and screamed because he was afraid of the needle poke. She was very patient with him, explained why it was important to get the flu shot and what she was doing. Eventhough my stubborn son didnt give in, I'm just happy that she tried to respect his concerns and feelings.

I wouldn't mind waiting for this above and beyond care.

This is the best place ever to shop for cosmetics. I was matched to a perfect foundation tone by the cosmetician, who used a spectrometer or some device to determine the natural tone of my skin. Then she picked up a foundation that was so lightweight and velvety and finally didn't crease in my wrinkles like every foundation I've tried. She was incredible! I'm so happy! I also needed a lipstick after getting frustrated about blowing money on colors that ultimately never suit me, and after asking what did I have in mind, she gave one look, walked to a line of lipsticks and picked a color I had never even considered - and it looked truly good on me. Such a nice feeling, having these two essentials finally right in my everyday wear.

Annette assisted me with my photos and went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed and addressed all my questions . Such a super employee and person-Thank you so much for such great service!!

Ben was so helpful up front he helped me find skincare products and helped find bubbles

We received our 1st covid vaccine at walgreens in Kaukauna. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. Great job!!!

That staff is most helpful and so friendly. From the pharmacy to photo, to beauty and the checkout. A good team working very well.

I would not go anywhere else. I was in the Pharmacy field for 14 years. First if anyone bad mouths them, you need to spend a day in their shoes.

My place for makeup and moisturizer. Prescriptions I also pick up here. Grew up with Walgreens. Do miss 24 hr service.
