Southhaven Manufactured Home Community

We lived at Southhaven for many years, with several different managers. Not long before we moved in June of 2023, new managers took over and they really seemed to take pride in the community and were always available to assist with any questions or issues. Can’t say enough about how willing they were to go above and beyond to make the community a great place to live. Now that we are gone we still keep in touch thru social media and former neighbors and it appears like they are still on the right track to make the community a family friendly place to live.

I have lived in Southhaven for over 7 years.
This is such a warm and welcoming community!
I have two younger children, one with special needs, and I love that they can go down to the playground, or play with their friends without having to worry.
There is also an outdoor pool in the community which is so nice to have right here on-site during the summer months!

I moved to Southhaven last summer! It has been an amazing place to live! The Managers are very professional and take time to listen to every concern I have! I am proud to live in this community! They make living here easy and comfortable! They really go above and beyond for this community!

My family and I have lived here for the last 5 yrs and we have seen a few managers come and go for various reasons. I have to say that the new management Nickie and Tracy have been doing everything they can to make our home the best place it can be! If you have any questions they are quick to answer and fix whatever the problem may be to the best of their ability! With communication anything is possible!

Great place to live!!! The new managers are fantastic and take a lot of pride in the community. The park is clean and very well maintained. It’s great to have friendly managers who clearly communicate information and answer questions and concerns quickly and also enforce the rules for the good of park. Nice neighbors, beautiful pool, safe community. We are very happy to call Southhaven our home.

My spouse and I have rented in the community since 2015 and we are very comfortable here. Recently under new management, the community has transformed and improved. Our landlords are great! Super easy to communicate with and actually listen and want to make the community better every day. They work hard for the members here and we are glad to be 2 of them.

I have lived at this park for 15 years, and I just want it to be known that this is the nicest and cleanest park around this area. We have farely new management here who are exceptional workers and people. Nicki and her husband Tracy do a great job managing the park, but they go above and beyond with all the extra effort they put into making sure everyone is taken care of. They've done so much for this community by holding fun events for everyone around the holidays. They've even done fundraising for a family who has lost everything in a fire. These managers care about us all and make themselves available anytime, day or night, even when taking a vacation day they'll answer the phone or call you back ASAP. I'm hoping they stick around for a long time. They are ROCK STARS!!

Very Nice Manufactured Housing Community. New Homes are available. Very nice community pool and clubhouse.

We have very amazing managers they treat everyone as family. Managers also try to help the best they can. Love that we have a pool. Very quiet area to be in just off Highway 22. One of the best tralior court.

I have had a great experience since Gary and Christine have taken over. Always here to help you out and very fair in dealing with any issues! Very easy to approach with any concerns and willing to help out for whatever I need! Really changing the park to be more family friendly since they have taken over. They try their best to accommodate everyone when things have to be repaired and give us notice as soon as they can. Thank you again Gary and Christine! I appreciate you!

The managers do a wonderful job with making sure you are taken care of and makes you feel safe.

New manager's very nice and community driven!

This is a nice clean, well kept mobile home park. Management is very friendly and easy to work with. They do a nice job at maintaining the park. The newly renovated pool is a nice amenity not many properties offer!

We lived at Southhaven for a yr. We were in a lease to own property. Mrs. Christine and Mr. Gary were phenomenal managers. I see them slowly trying to get the park back to better standards. My block was very quiet and we had no problems at all from neighbors. We relocated to warmer climate because those winters are bbbbbuuuuuurrrrr! We are thankful for Mrs. Christine she gave us a place to live when we really didn't have anywhere else to go. I liked living at Southhaven.

First of all I want to say what a wonderful job these new managers of ours are doing. Christine and Gary and truly doing a fabulous job cleaning up the park and attending to the tenants. I also want to say I got my bike stolen and Gary was able to retrieve it and not only did he get it back but he went through my bike and made sure everything was working. We need more people like Him in this world. I hope they stay forever. Very satisfied and pleased

Thank you to Southhaven management for helping us recently with frozen water pipes. Gary came over the same day we called and was willing to help us ASAP. If you need any work done they will do a fantastic job with reasonable prices. Highly recommend calling if you need help with anything. The new management here has done a fantastic job making the park look clean. Thanks again Christine and Gary for all the hard work!

We love the park community here! It's been a great place for our family! We have extremely WONDERFUL management now, who always try to help the best they can with ANY issue that may come about! If you are looking for a a great place to live, especially if you have a family, then ya'll need to come check out our great community!

I have lived here for almost two years. There is new management and they are doing a wonderful job the grounds are very clean and well taken care of. I enjoy living here it's a very quiet community.

It's good to see all the excellent maintenance and updates, and Christine does a great job in the office and is always available, thanks guys, and keep up the good work. I have lived here for 16 years and am enjoying it more than ever!
