The office is run very efficiently and smoothly, with all personnel being very professional yet personable. My wait time was minimal.
Dr. Cullen had great input about how to handle my situation, and helped me come to an educated decision about treatment.

The staff was nice and accommodating. Doctor Van Zeeland was knowledgeable, professional and kind. He knew exactly what I had by how I described it and addressed the problem. It was all around a good experience.

First time visiting this practice and I was very impressed. From the 2 very friendly girls at the front desk and the quick checkin, to the doctor who finally had answers for me. I greatly appreciated that I could be given a cortizone shot for my pain during that visit rather than having to schedule another appt. 2 weeks later and I'm feeling relief for the first time in months. My son received care from Hand To Shoulder Center when he broke his elbow. The staff was amazing. They explained everything to him and eased his anxiety of the process for casting and X-ray. Highly recommend all their providers. Staff is amazing and kind.

This is the best medical facility I've ever been in. My doctor was caring, thorough, and explained things in a way I could understand. Having the surgery, follow ups, and therapy in the same building was wonderful. Every staff member was efficient, kind, and friendly. But, the best was Rachael, my therapist who treated me like family. She guided me through each excercise, pushed me while encouraging me so we could reach all the goals we set. Thank you everyone!

r. Hennigan took care of me years ago for a massive right shoulder repair. He was there once again for consult later. Now there is a tear to my left shoulder. He is still there for me with with the help of his assistant Kyle Senn, PA-C. Both are wonderful, caring, and so much appreciated. Heartfelt thanks for the understanding, empathy and information from these two phenomenal caregivers. The staff at the facility has been friendly and accommodating. making all contacts a pleasure. I recommend anyone with a shoulder problem should call them - they are the best in the practice I've ever seen.

A highly skilled and dependable group of individuals! I can't imagine placing my accident-prone, sports-loving child's well-being in anyone else's hands. We've been relying on this team for years, through his fourth fracture and third surgery. Perhaps by the end of their senior year, we'll reach a total of five, but each time, they come out saying "good as new."

My first visit at Hand to Shoulder, gave me a feeling of a caring doctor and his nursing staff. I decided to have carpal tunnel and a trigger thumb surgery, a couple of weeks after my consulation visit. The procedure went very well, with very little discomfort. I'm planning on return to have my other hand done in a few months. Thank you, Dr. Boyd Lumsden and your staff!

Everyone there was very nice. I didn't have to wait long. They diagnosed my issue quickly and offered a couple of options for treatment. Then treated me quickly. My issue is quite rapidly disappearing. Thank you.

Very professional, yet personable. They are extremely proficient. Dr. very straight forward and knowledgeable. Had an appointment one day with DR and PT that was an hour apart, they changed so I had no wait time between them. They are amazing from the front door through out the entire time you are there. So refreshing to see.

Everyone was friendly and very thorough. I wasn’t just a number, I was a person. They sat down with me and explained in detail what had happened and what they thought was the best way to handle my injury. I was able to get an initial l appointment with in a few days and schedule surgery within a few weeks. Everyone was very professional but personable. I have heard from relatives and a few friends that their experiences were very positive and would go back again if necessary. I can’t really say I’m looking forward to surgery but with this team I know I will be on good hands.

Strong communication & positive attitudes of everyone here made an otherwise scary intimidating situation for a child into a smooth efficient recovery.
