My mother has been going here for many years. I continue to buy my mother, a $50 gift card for Mother’s Day and her birthday. The owner is so appreciated and always has a smile on her face! It’s nice to see such great hospitality in the valley! If you haven’t tried this place for a pedicure or manicure, give them a shot you won’t be disappointed!

I've been coming to Nail Forum for several years and I've had nothing but great experiences. The whole team is friendly and I know I'm going to be happy with the results no matter who I see. The prices are reasonable and everything is always super clean. They are also great about helping my mom around - she's gotten a little slower and less stable and they make sure she's getting around safely.

Absolutely wonderful! I was feeling super put off by nail salons who were rude and overcharged, but this place is the complete opposite:)

Jenny did a great job! Both ladies were friendly. Not only do my nails look great, but I was able to get my favorite coffee next door.

I came into nail forum because a salon down the road screwed up my nails horribly. Jenny fit me in her very busy schedule and made my nails exactly how I was asking for them. Everyone was very friendly and understanding, will be a forever customer.

Call ahead for an appointment, they are busy bc they are so good. Everyone there does great work. Pedi's, mani's, so relaxing. All types of options.

These technicians are the best in the valley hands down. The quality for the price is amazing! I hesitate to post a review because I don't want them to get too busy where it's hard to get an appt!!😁 they are just so good!

I messed up my appointment date and Vicki gladly fit my mom and I in within the next day. She is the sweetest lady ever and I've gotten my nails done by everyone here and they always do an amazing job. Definitely my favorite nail place around!

I have been going to Nail Forum for many years. Vickie, Jenny, and John are all amazing. They do a great job working on your toes if you have issues with ingrown toenails. Color always lasts for weeks before it is time to come back. Make sure you book an appointment as they are very busy and book up for the day usually. Will continue to be a repeat customer with them. I was a walk-in and the staff was very welcoming. They were able to fit me in quickly with Vicki. She was informative and polite and did an exceptional job on my gel manicure. I will definitely return.

I had Ryan work on my nails. I had shellac and a pedicure done. Ryan took his time, he smiled the whole time and chatted with me. He discussed all the steps for the services I was having done and he told me the price before he started. He gave me like a menu to pick which pedicure treatment I wanted and each had the price next to it. He asked me every step of the way if I was happy with the work before he continued and when I didn't like something, he fixed it immediately. Too bad we're moving out of state, I would definitely come back. Prices are very fair too. Everybody in the salon smiled at me and Vicky the manager is super friendly and puts customer service first. I didn't wait at all, I was a walk in.

I've been coming since I was 16, still my #1 choice. Vicky and Ben are amazing, remember me by name and always give me a good laugh while I'm there! I recommend that you call atleast 2 days in advance for appointments as they are busy and get full fast!

Just moved to the Appleton area from Texas and went to 4 different nail salons to ask about getting my nails done. This was the only place that took the time to talk to me about the different products offered and did my nails. She took the time to make sure it looked good and didn't just rush the polish on. The price was in line with other places, even slightly better in some cases, but the service put it over the top. All the staff was friendly and talking to the clients and each other. I will be back again in two weeks to get my nails done again!

Didn't quite expect to be available to do walk-ins for 2 acrylic sets. But they were able to and took time with details. Made good conversation. Good place to go, really liked my nails, even if they forgot to do the design on the ring finger.

Making an appointment is beneficial and the service is wonderful. The $45 pedicure is so relaxing and worth every cent! Thank you, John, you are the best!
