Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Airport/Earth City

Great place for a quick stay overnight in St Louis if commuting via airport. Room was clean, bed comfortable and Jazmin at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Didn’t use the gym or pool but both looked nice, big and clean.

My husband and I had reason to stay at this Marriott property the night before taking a flight out of the St Louis International Airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and their airport shuttle ran on time without issue. We will gladly stay here again. Plus, this Marriott offered complementary parking.

I hope I spell his name right but Jermaine was simply wonderful. He greeted us and ensured that we were helped effectively. The rooms are lovely and the couch is so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

FDA was professional and friendly. Never had an issue and was safe. Beds and rooms are comfortable and they accommodate well. Highly recommend.

We got a terrific rate on a King-sized room, and checked in late. We got to our room, and while it initially seemed clean, as we looked a little closer... stuff in the trash, pulled back the covers on the appeared-to-be-made bed and the sheets were all crumpled under the comforter, etc etc. We called the front desk who apologized profusely and within 5 minutes, Alex who was working the front desk, brought us up a new key and had us in a new clean room! Excellent customer service. The room was nice, bed was comfy, pillows were pretty good, not the pancakes you usually get at hotels. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Rooms are modern. Good places to eat or get delivery around.

This hotel is well kept and relaxing. My room was comfy, clean and quiet, which made my stay beyond great. I want to specially thank Tammy and Bo for their helpful recommendations in St.Louis. And thanks to the entire staff for keeping this hotel beautiful and safe.

The best stay at a hotel I ever had! The young man at the desk Mikey was supper warming and gracious! Really made our stay the best! Very clean and friendly! Can’t wait to come stay again !!

We had a bit of a problem and wait checking in but the lady working made sure everyone was taken care of while we waited. very friendly, clean and comfortable beds and rooms, close to the amphitheater which is where we were going. Will definitely be back.

This Marriott was very nice. Customer service was nice. The decor in the hotel was beautiful especially in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable the sofa in our room was nice and firm and comfortable. The only thing the hot water took a while to come down and we had to pay $10 to park which I have never ever paid money to park on a open lot before. They do not offer a continental breakfast which I. Most are every Hotel had but this one does not but they do have a bistro where you can purchase drinks and food. Checkout is at 11 a.m. for housekeeping decided to come and knock on our door at 9 in the morning which I thought was rather rude. Overall it's a nice place to stay but I will stay away from it because I am not paying to park on an open lot.

The front desk and bistro staff we spoke with on our two night stay were WONDERFUL! The hotel itself was in a quiet business park area. The room had plenty of space for our child's play yard. Could have used a table for eating dinner in the room. It was super clean though so that was nice. Pool is good sized and has a nice outdoor area. We paid $20 a day extra when we booked to have breakfast for two at the bistro each morning and it was WORTH IT!

My stay at this Courtyard was superb. The hotel will get 4 stars, but the staff is superb and a definite 5 stars. Fromm checking in, the team was great and very courteous. Breakfast was awesome and fresh. It's been a while when I have been to a business on which everyone was excellent.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a bar/restaurant and concession area that was fully stocked and had a good selection. The decor was nice. I would definitely stay there again. I actually plan on it, Lol.

Stayed two night Friday and Saturday. Very affordable and convenient to the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre (why we stayed). 5-10 mins to Bridgeton & St. Charles MO for some amazing local restaurants and shops. The hotel was clean, quiet, comfy bed and pillows, mini fridge and microwave, shower had great pressure, and very friendly staff. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub but saw lots enjoying it and the patio area. Didn’t use the fitness area but it looked updated. The coffee shop is Starbucks, and friendly staff this morning. Only problem we had was the first night our air conditioner was not working to well and room was too warm. I hate complaining but called in the morning to see if we could move. Within minutes we were in a new room. The fact she was so nice and pleasant about the issue was a 5 star for me! She said she put a ticket in already for air to be checked out. This room was definitely cold enough. Would return whenever we stay in the area again.

All the remodeling has been finished, Lobby and rooms are very nice. They have queen beds, not doubles, which is a real plus for us. We paid an extra $14 when we made the reservation, by phone, and that got us a great cook to order breakfast free for all 4 of us! It would have been $34 otherwise. Rooms have a mini fridge and coffee makers which would have been used had we stayed more than one night. Great place, safe, friendly staff, and one of those markets by the front desk for little snacks and things. Indoor pool and hot tub looked very nice also. We did not use the wifi, but hopefully they upgraded that during the renovation too, as others have complained.

Very clean. Friendly service. Be sure to call them when you get off the plane so that they can send the van out to get you. Because they do not just have the shuttle bus constantly running on a rotation like the other hotels do. But if you call them right when you get off the plane, they will probably be there waiting for you when you get through baggage claim.

I stayed here for 48 nights during my initial training for a new job. The entire staff treated me like family. The hotel is old but well kept with clean remodeled rooms and excellent housekeeping. Other people stayed in hotels closer to where we needed to be and eventually the company offered to move me but I decided to stay here instead. Thank you to all the staff at Courtyard Earth City!

Excellent customer service and pleasant check-in experience. First floor accessiblity room was spacious, quiet, and cozy. King size bed was amazing. Definitely would stay here again. The Bistro is also great for drinks and an after dinner Browny Carmel Sunday.
