Hands down the best location I've been to! The manager was super polite and very friendly. Restaurant was clean, and the food, if I didn't tell you, you won't even know it was quick service...5 stars, guys!

Two sandwiches for $7 at Arby's is a good deal. Bought the chicken and beef n cheddar sandwiches and they were tasty. The restaurant was clean with plenty of staff.

Great western country place. Super staff. Best Arby's food ever! Enjoyed our stop definitely stopping again going to and from Denver. I'll go hungry tovest here. No coffee tho.

Best Arby’s and employees IN THE WORLD! I ordered a brisket sandwich thinking I was ordering a brisket roast beef sandwich. After realizing my mistake I went back into order another sandwich to quench my roast beef craving, the team here just gave me the sandwich. I wanted to pay but they wouldn’t let me. Best Arby’s in the world!

Whoever was working the drive thru right now is a great asset to your company. Wish we had more people working everywhere we go! Food was great like always

Food was good. Came promptly. Made us fresh fries. Still was very quick.

Great place on the highway to stop. The people were great, and the food was, well, Arby's. Remember to "ring the bell" upon leaving.

Hailey (I believe her name tag said shift supervisor) took care of us at the counter and was absolutely fabulous. Have never had such a pleasant experience at a fast food restaurant! She was so friendly and warm, not to mention she talked us into buying some delicious cookies. This woman deserves a raise!!!! To work in a customer service environment and to have such a positive, radiant attitude is a breath of fresh air.
Not to mention, all of the food we ordered here was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant itself was spotless. Would definitely eat here again.

My wife and I stopped here on our way home to Michigan. This is the most polite, pleasant group of young people I have EVER interacted with, from the girl taking our order to the cashier. Just a very nice and professional staff. The food was hot and quick. I would give it 100 stars if I could.

I won't try them all, but so far this is by far the best - always super friendly, always fresh, worth a detour & way worth a stop. Really good spicy chicken sliders.

Along with the TA/Sinclair, this makes Ogallala a great oasis between Lincoln & Denver.

Foods good but the drive thru dude Stephan always is happy and prompt and makes it a pleasant experience, most of the reason we come here if getting fast food.

This is the best Arbys I’ve ever been to. The man who took our order (not sure his name but he was wearing a starry night mask) was very clear in the drive thru, very friendly and engaging, gave us a sauce we hadn’t tried before and our order was exactly correct. The food was also delicious. That employee made our day!

Stopped in for quick bite. Fast service. We were on the road again.

We were driving through Ogallala and stopped at Arby's to get some food. Stephan was so kind, helpful, listens well, courteous and positive. This guy deserves a raise and hopefully is training other staff! Good job and thank u for good food and great service!

A man working here named Stephan did a wonderful job taking my order and getting it to me in a prompt manner. He was polite, and made sure he got us exactly what we wanted.

Strange to see teenagers so happy to be working, but then again it's not California! Excellent food and service, and everyone is so friendly in that town it's like a Stephen King movie where your waiting to be infected by an alien that takes over you body and makes you the happiest person on the planet.

Here on an i80 construction project. Let me tell you this is hands down the best restaurant in OGALLALA. I've been to all of them..They are #1 in service, accuracy, quickness, food quality cleanliness, consistency and going the extra for the customer.. Id lost hope in the food service industry until my visits there. They are the model that every restaurant should base themselves off of.

the staff was super nice and the food was great. the place was packed and I still got my family food in a decent amount of time.
