The older woman that works at the counter is literally the meanest person I've encountered in that area. I bought a 6 pack of beer. I'm an adult and can drink a beer if I please. She looked me up and down and asked if I was old enough. I gave her my ID (like I do anytime I purchase alcohol) and she made a face and scanned it. I thought she was confused as to why my ID was not sideways like others (I renewed it online and the DMV sent it to me as a portrait ID rather than landscape) I tried to explain this to her to lighten the mood. She then bitterly said "oh I scan all IDs no matter what". I ignored her bizarre comment and she proceeded to say, AND I QUOTE "make sure you put this up in a place where you can't reach it" and she was referring to my beer. Another customer was behind me and to be honest it was humiliating. I am an adult, I can drink if I want to. This woman has no place to judge anyone. If she can't handle adults buying beer she shouldn't be working at the register. I will NEVER give this place my business again and will tell others to steer clear.
