Rite Aid

Made a late trip to a local urgent care and the prescription was ready to go within minutes. It took me longer to get there than it took the script to be filled. Staff very pleasant and helpful!

RUDE PHARMACY STAFF EVERY TIME I GO INTO THIS STORE
The Pharmacy staff is very rude and curt regardless of if you are there in person or if you call them on the phone. The person who manages the pharmacy needs to teach the staff that being rude does not save any time when you are busy and it just makes me want to get my prescriptions at CVS instead.

UPDATE: Staff have improved and are very pleasant to deal with. Happy to go get my prescriptions and know I will be treated with friendly customer service!

The people that work in the pharmacy are wonderful. Very polite. I left the pharmacy that I had been with for years because of the poor service that they gave. So I went with Rite Aid. Very glad that I did!

Great variety of items, staff friendly helpful.

We have just moved back into the area. We missed the service Rite Aid offers to its customers and are glad to be back in the area where there is a Rite Aid.
The staff, service and products definitely match our expectations.

Excellent Pharmacists. They work very hard, always have my meds in stock, and ensure all of my RXs are filled properly. They are friendly, compassionate, & professional.

I was able to find great items for stocking stuffers. Also I had a hard time finding a couple of things but a nice associate helped find them!

I've never had a problem with the Rite Aid in Bristol. But then again I've never used there pharmacy dept.
